Our newly renovated 1/1 is bright, airy, and welcoming upon walking in. The unit has been furnished with West Elm furniture and is fully stocked in the kitchen; including Green Pans to cook with! The new King size Purple Mattress with Tempur-Pedic Pillows will ensure a great night's rest throughout your stay. To make your stay even more special, we provide a complimentary cleaning service for added comfort. .A coin-operated laundry room is on the property for easy access to doing laundry.

No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced.

Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.

Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.

Complimentary cleaning is scheduled approximately 2 weeks after check-in day. For stays of 60+ days, an extra cleaning is provided around week 6. Inquire for longer stays.

Guest lease agreement required. $500 security deposit required for local guests.

There is no elevator on the property.

Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
NO PARTIES & HOUSE RULES
There are no parties of any kind allowed at our home. Doing so will result in a forfeit of your reservation, no refund, and potentially a fine for breaking our house rules and reimbursement for any damages caused. Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm.
