Iconic location along the Tuileries Garden and steps to the Louvre!

*** ENJOY THE BEST LOCATION TO VISIT PARIS !

Stay in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the City of light! It is the best location you will find whether you're an art aficionado, a fashion enthusiast, a history lover, or a couple on a romantic gateway. You are just a short 5 minutes walk to the Louvre museum on one side, and Place de la Concorde on the other. Also, the beautiful opera Garnier is just a leisurely stroll away.

My apartment is located inside a quiet and gated residence, in front of the Tuileries Garden and next to the famous Angelina tea room.


*** STAY IN A COSY AND FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT!

My charming studio is only 20 sqm but very cozy, quiet and comfortable for 2 guests.

• Downstairs kitchenette :

Once you get inside the apartment, you will find a small kitchenette with a small fridge (with a freezer compartment), a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, as well as dinnerware and glassware. Despite the fact that there is no stove nor oven, you will find all the necessary utensils to make breakfast, cold dishes and microwaved meals.


• Upstairs bedroom and bathroom:

The spiral staircase will lead you up to the cozy bedroom, the bathroom and a separate toilet. The space features a comfortable double bed, blackouts roller blinds, drawers, hangers and a garment steamer for your clothes, usb outlets and new fiber-optic wifi modem, a TV with a Netflix account, an extendable dining table with 2 stools, as well as a wall-mounted fan and a radiator. There is no AC.

• PLEASE NOTE that my apartment is located on the ground floor but you will have to carry your luggages to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Therefore, it is not suitable for babies, young kids, seniors and people with mobility issue who cannot climb stairs.

• Self check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out by 11am. You can book online a luggage storage located near my studio.

*** PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Convenience is key ! With several metro stations and bus stops nearby, exploring Paris will be a breeze:
• Metro line 1 (station Tuileries) is just 2 minutes away by walk and is particularly useful, as it connects many major tourist attractions such as the Louvre, the Champs-Élysées, and La Défense.
• Metro lines 8 and 12 (station Concorde) are just in 5 minutes walk.

*** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You will have to climb a spiral staircase to reach the bedroom and the bathroom. My apartment is not suitable for infants, the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
