Sunkist Shores is the perfect oasis with an indoor/outdoor living experience designed to ensure you have the ultimate getaway! Sunkist shores features two separate decks for ocean, dolphin and Blue Angel viewing!

HELPFUL TIPS:
Many activities can be done right at this home:
- sand castle building classes (a local company gives private group lessons!)
- night time crab hunting
- picnic on the beach (professionally catered and set up by a local company!)

Outside of the home:
- dolphin cruises and private fishing charters are the most popular!
- rent sports gear, kayaks or anything you need for your vacation
- ask for a guidebook for additional recommendations

Other things to note
*AGE RESTRICTION: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay

*PARKING: Driveway parking available.

*WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: This home is furnished with a STARTER PACK that includes paper towel, dishwasher pods, one can liner per trash can, laundry washing pods, one travel size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom and two rolls of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Started supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished for each bedroom and bath towels for each bathroom. Please bring YOUR OWN beach towels.

*NO SMOKING/VAPING: This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke on the property, inside or outside, you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.

*NO PETS: Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED on any of the sand beaches in Gulf Shores, or at any of the Gulf Shores Public Beach areas.

NO LATE CHECK-OUT OR EARLY CHECK-IN: Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame (with the exception of the fire pit) will result in a $150 fine.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

There are security cameras in place for your protection. The security cameras are located on the ground level, at the main door entrance area & parking area in the form of Ring cameras and a ring doorbell. If you touch or tamper with any cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the house, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor water activities have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and /or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
