Direct Beachfront Condo: This Deluxe One bedroom, one bath condo features direct views of Madeira Beach, the Gulf of Mexico and John Pass Waterway.

Great location!

Love the location near entertainment and food so there is no need for a rental car. Great ocean views from condo. Nice pool with comfy chairs. A bonus that this unit has a couple of beach chairs and towels too. Would rent again for sure!

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo especially for the cost. The amenities described were very misleading. The washer & dryer were in the outside hallway for all tenants on the 4th floor to use and not inside the condo. Too many codes to remember. Elevator did not work, had to walk up 5 flights of no air conditioned stairwells carrying luggages, groceries, beach chairs, etc. The only positives were the location to restaurants, weather & ocean.

As a family trip, this rental was perfect. The condo is so nice, very clean, and even had great beach chairs in storage. The beds were so comfy! The pool area was pristine! We loved this condo.

Perfect spot. Loved the location. Very comfortable. Was sad to leave. Looking forward to returning. Only complaints were: no coffee scoop and minimal toilet paper. We had to buy more after paying for an 11 night stay. Sufficient TP should be provided unless a discount is offered for an extended stay. Overall loved our time here. Thank you

We’ve stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. The condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Also, the location was excellent. It was right across the street from John’s Pass, with its many shops, restaurants, and bars. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a blast staying here for spring break! It was perfect for our family of 4. John’s Pass is across the street which made shopping, dinners, and ice cream trips very easy. The place was clean and well stocked. The pool was very clean and well heated. Laundry was available for 2.15 each for wash and dry. I liked that we could use a credit card. While there is only one washer and dryer per floor, we never had a problem using it when we needed it. We are already looking into staying here again!

Great stay

great condo, only thing I would change is to have a washer and dryer in the unit, but I understand that that’s not a possibility. 5 stars would stay again.

Awesome spot you will not be disappointed

We stayed 5 nights and had awesome time. Everything as good or better than advertised. Location and views cannot be beat! Was great to have coolers for beach and had 5 really nice beach chairs which made stay super convenient. Can access Johns Pass at parking lot entry. Everything within walking distance. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!!!

Great experience. Condo was clean. The view from the condo was wonderful. John’s pass was across the street just a short walk. The only “issue” we had was that the patio door did not lock. But overall we loved it!

Highly recommend! Very clean and amazing location. Large pool with lots of seating and just steps from the ocean. View from balcony is unbeatable!

We spent 5 days at this property and had a great time. Checkin was straight forward. View from the balcony is amazing. Location is very good being just steps away from Johns Pass. All in all, I would stay here again.

Entire stay was great. Awesome location, plenty of places to eat nearby. Beach was very clean. Room was very well equipped, loved all the extra beach chairs, umbrella and accessories. They need to update their pictures as the kitchen has been redone. Only complaint one of the beds was not very comfortable. Will definitely be back again

It's wonderful to know that you appreciated the clean beach and well-equipped room, especially the extra beach chairs, umbrella, and accessories. Great place to stay

Place was clean and had a wonderful ocean view. Elevators worked and beach was a short walk. Parking was easy. We took advantage of ice chest , box fans, beach towels and chairs that were left in condo for our use. Check in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend this to family and friends .
