Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will have exclusive access to the home and attached garage. This is a self check in property. Please read the check in instructions closely before arriving.



Entire Condo + private garage (4 vehicles). Self-check-in with clear instructions + coded key lock + ring doorbell + noise monitor devices (without recording features).

Situated just steps away from the crystal-clear waters of East Arm Grand Traverse Bay, this unit is a water lover's dream come true. Stroll along the scenic shoreline, take in the breathtaking sunsets, or simply dip your toes in the waves—all within easy walking distance. Maybe you want to chart a boat for fishing, True Blue charters in just down the road!



Just a quick drive down the street is one of Traverse City's favorite pizzerias "That's a pizza" ! Downtown Traverse City and Front Street dining are a short drive away.



If you want to take your chance at winning big, take a quick drive around the corner to Turtle Creek Casino! Maybe you want to just play a round of gulf with your buddies and or spend the day at the spa, you wont have to go far for those either! Grand Traverse Resort and Spa is next door to the casino!



Maybe you want to make a family dinner in the condo, just hop in the car and driver around the corner to Mijers to grocery shop. Or have the groceries delivered to your doorstep, with doordash or instacart.



Getting Around:

With Traverse City located nearby, most residents and visitors will need to rely on their own transportation to get around. There are taxi services available, Uber & Lyft & Turo. Up North Taxi, and Grand Traverse Rides. You can rent an electric bicycle as well at Riding Electric.



Other Things to Note:

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
