Located just ½ block from the beach and boardwalk, this condominium association offers a family-oriented atmosphere. This condominium is conveniently located in between two of the largest of Morey’s ride and water park piers.

This property does accept dogs for an additional $200.00 pet fee! Dogs over 30lbs must be approved individually and may not be accommodated.

The location was great, and the house was very nice. I do, however, feel the cleaning crew could have done a better job. Upon arriving, the floors were dirty, and the hallway bathroom was as well.

Great get away

Condo was well appointed and only 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk. Plenty of room for our family. Beds were very comfortable. My family attended the Barefoot Country concert and walking distance to the venue was great. North end of boardwalk is the place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Family getaway wildwood

This was a nice family getaway at the beach and Wildwood boardwalk. Something we do with our family annually. Looking forward till next year. The unit we rented was a good size and the location we were looking for.

Such a lovely review! A good stay. A great location. Would return. But unfortunately, this guest did not understand how the "STAR" rating system works. This is not like rating a Hilton Hotel. A "5 STAR" rating for a VRBO rental means that you enjoyed your stay, that there were no major problems that were not addressed, and that you would return. By all accounts, this should have been a "5 STAR" rating, but VRBO does not do its part to educate its guests. A "4 STAR" rating can severely damage a listing. A "3 STAR" rating is like asking VRBO to shut the listing down. PLEASE CONSIDER RESERVING YOUR STAY HERE IN THIS '5 STAR' PROPERTY!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Drive. The unit had everything we needed and couldn’t have been a better location. We walked to a great seafood place for dinner and acme was just a short drive for groceries. The pool was a great bonus. Check in was so easy and Diane and the staff at Coastal were friendly and very helpful. Will definately stay here again. Thank you Coastal for helping us make wonderful memories !

We were very happy with the location close to the beach and boardwalk, the size of the space which accommodated 6 of us very well, access to a pool, washer and dryer although the washer did not handle towels very well. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having the garage for parking of 2 vehicles. The apartment could do with a fresh coating of paint and cleaning the green mold and dirt off the balcony railing. Overall very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place but….

Overall condo was nice but had a few issues. Bathtubs were clogged, garage door kept breaking, and walls and ceilings are paper thin and every move by the upstairs tenant sounded like elephants wrestling on the floor. Was informed by rental agent that they are not responsible for the garage door not working. Also plumber who came to check out a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the fan in the master bathroom would not fix clogged tubs. Would not return to this location.

I'm happy that "THE OVERALL CONDO WAS NICE" and we apologize for things that could not be corrected to make this stay more comfortable. I don't want to leave anyone with the impression that we did not help with the garage door problem. We did! It was that the garage door had to be left open for a few days while waiting for a repair part. As for footsteps overhead, this is a first floor condo. You always have a choice! First floor/less steps/footsteps overhead OR choose the Second floor/many steps/no one overhead. We have them both! Message through the dashboard for options.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was great. Place was spacious. However, my children walked around without shoes on for a few minutes the first day there and their feet were black! The place didn’t seem like it was cleaned between renters. The little bit of decor that is there was very outdated. The shower curtains had black mold on them. The stools at counter were broken. Fridge parts were missing/broken. Blinds in back two bedrooms were also missing huge sections and broken. Porch corner was broken and rolled joints were left out there. We shouldn’t of had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. We paid over $5,000 for the week and felt like the place did not meet the standards of the price it is listed for. We did email Sunday regarding our concerns but never received a reply. We do not recommend staying here.

There was a catastrophic power failure on the Wildwood island on the day prior to this guest's arrival. All guests were notified about the lack of power and that there would be an extensive delay in restoring it. (There was a fire at the sub-station that services our island.) Guests were offered refunds for any days/nights that they did not choose to stay due to no power. Jennifer S. did not heed the warning and arrived as planned on Saturday 7/8 despite knowing about the situation. Realize too that the rental office was without power as well. No internet access, no email, no computers, no phones. It is not fair to be slammed in public review here when you were warned and you arrive knowing and accepting the situation.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay. Location was perfect with a very short walk to the boardwalk. Our room was great - fully stocked kitchen was nice to have. The grills were like new. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Parking spaces in the garage are very tight and the clearance isn’t very high. We had to quickly unload the stuff on our roof before pulling in. The floors were dirty, my one year old son’s feet and legs were black within an hour of being there and crawling around. After a quick mop of the kitchen floor all was good. All things considered we would definitely stay there again.

Overall good

Very spacious apartment for a large family. Great location; short walk to the boardwalk, and to the beach (only one block away); perfect if you have small children; two bathrooms; nice pool - very clean; clean solid grill; easy to access; not as busy. We really enjoyed our stay. It was pretty clean when we got there; except the comforters; they just needed to be washed prior to use. Only negatives is that in the kitchen there was no cutting board; so bring your own; no long cutting knifes (no knife sharpener as well); unless we didn’t find them; no kettle or coffee maker (had to heat up water on the stove). On the beach there was a dog park and the dogs were allowed in the water as well (I’m a big dog lover and have dog of my own; but I would definitely enjoyed the beach more without dog barking in the background;) ) For the check out; the apartment needed to be left neat and broom kept condition prior to leaving; so had to do some cleaning prior to departure. Overall we really like it and would love to come back! :)

Spacious, 3 bedroom condo close to boardwalk.

We enjoyed our stay at the spacious 3bedroom condo close to the boardwalk and rides. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the private parking garage. There were plenty of beds, but the queen beds were hard and rather uncomfortable. There was a party across the street one night and we were awoken by yelling outside at 5am, but being close to the boardwalk we expected some extra noise. Overall it was a good rental and we would consider renting from this owner again.
