Just a one-minute walk from downtown, guests are perfectly positioned to explore the area’s most celebrated restaurants, tasting rooms, museums, and boutiques.

Each bungalow features approximately 450 square feet of open, light-filled living space, complemented by a private front porch designed for relaxed mornings and unhurried evenings. Interiors are intentionally styled with a balance of craftsmanship and modern ease, creating an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and quietly luxurious.

Every bungalow includes a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower, a well-appointed kitchenette, and dedicated sitting and work areas—ideal for both short visits and extended stays. Guests enjoy luxury bedding and premium linens, ample storage, and a curated selection of furnishings designed for comfort and functionality.

Modern amenities are seamlessly integrated, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, climate control via a high-efficiency mini-split system, and keyless entry for effortless arrivals. Kitchenettes feature stone countertops, custom cabinetry, an apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a complete set of glassware and tableware.

Guests of Polo House and Bungalows are invited to enjoy complimentary breakfast daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, as well as complimentary wine tasting each afternoon from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, both hosted in the main hotel lobby—perfect opportunities to start the day with ease and unwind in the evening.

Complimentary on-site parking is provided, with select spaces offering Level 2 EV charging, available on a first-come basis. Tesla Destination chargers are available; guests with non-Tesla vehicles are encouraged to bring the appropriate adapter.

Quiet, private, and ideally located, Polo House and Bungalows offer the ease of a private residence with the polish of a boutique inn—an intimate Santa Ynez experience designed to feel personal, intentional, and timeless.

Guest Access:
Your bungalow is completely private and not shared with other guests. It is located on a property with five additional bungalows, creating a boutique, resort-style setting. The hotel lobby is a shared space where complimentary breakfast and daily wine tasting are hosted alongside other guests. All common areas are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and privacy.

No pets. Registered service animals with proper documentation are permitted.
No events, parties, or gatherings.
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Security cameras are located at the north end of the driveway for safety purposes only and do not monitor private spaces.

In such cases, all deposits or prepaid amounts, including any portion paid by gift card, will be refunded in full. No additional liability or compensation will be owed.

Perfect stay in Santa Ynez!

This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!

I knew my stay at the Polo house cottages would be amazing based on the photos and where it is in town, but my actual experience exceeded my expectations by a lot. Every little detail was noticeable from check-in to getting into my room with a lovely handwritten card and a bottle of wine and a couple of chocolates. I made the mistake of not enjoying the complementary breakfast until the last day. It was served in courses with choice of entree and the food was delicious. I will definitely be coming back to Polo House in the very near future.
