My only complaint was the broken bathroom handle when we arrived which did not get fixed causing us to have 3 bathrooms instead of the 4. Also a few light bulbs were burnt out which made it darker at night in the living room area. Overall great stay.

We weren’t sent the door code, but I called and they gave it right to me. The property and location are great, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Pictures of the view do not do it justice, it was honestly breathtaking. My only complaint is the parking rules. The condo has 5 beds but only allows for 2 parking passes. It’s an HOA rule, they suggest the roll over parking lots that are almost 15 minutes away- but half of the Condo parking lot was open. Again, the property was great, the condo, location, pool, beach access, everything was great. But the parking was a huge inconvenience.

I would give the condo a 4.5 out of 5 rating.Plus:We loved the condo size, & location.The decor & furniture were nice.The views couldn't have been more amazing. From our deck, we saw several dolphins swimming back & forth.It was nice to have a pool & hot tub.Negatives:I hadn't received the door code & had to call to get it.The towel rack in the north bathroom was broken & not usable.The shower handle in the separate bathroom was broken, which appears to have been broken since June. A maintenance man came our second to last day & said he would have to order a part.The dining table chairs were awful. There were several outlets that didn't work, unless they were connected to a switch, which we weren't aware of. If there were switches, maybe mark them as such.Suggestions:Rugs inside in front of the sliders to catch the sand, as it blows up on the decks.A rug inside the front door. We wiped our feet outside the door, however some sand still came in with us.More dish towels, 2 isn't enough, dish clothes, plastic/silicone spatula for using in skillets.Maybe salt & pepper.

The room is nice in terms of location and cleanliness but we had a few issues. The majority of the plug ins didn’t work, the shower fixtures were loose(the knob actually fell off and we reported it but no one came to fix it) and the beds were very hard. They also only allowed two parking spaces per unit. The first parking space is included an additional vehicle is 70 and if you bring more than two vehicles, you have to carry it to overflow parking that could be inconvenient to large groups like us. I hate leaving “bad” reviews but the beds were truly awful and the parking was extremely stressful.

I appreciate you calling out the nonworking outlets, the loose shower fixtures (and the knob falling off), the uncomfortable mattresses, and the parking limitations that made your stay stressful. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams so they can investigate and address the electrical outlets, shower repairs, mattress condition, and housekeeping checks. Very, very, good.... We have stayed in Gulf Shores many times and understand that it is almost impossible to get the sand off of the floors entirely and a lot of people are critical of cleaning staff, but we however are not, and this room was exceptionally well done, as usual... Very good job and we really enjoyed our stay as usual

Floor was still full of sand. Dishes had old food and grease in them. Had to pay an additional 150 for second and third vehicle parking passes which i was unaware of before booking. The door code we were given also didnt work. Condo was spacious and had a nice view.

Nice Location

The condo was really nice and the location was great. There were some issues. One elevator stopped functioning which caused long wait times. The door code didn’t work upon arrival and seemed not to have been changed from the last guests. Also there were confusing emails from Liquid Life about parking. When we contacted them, they made it clear that we would be required to pay for a second space which required driving to their office to pick up the pass. We’d stay near that location again but will probably avoid properties managed by Liquid Life. The onsite property manager was awesome, however. He was super helpful and informative.

Gulf shores

The condo was very nice and location was excellent however, cleanliness was an issue within the condo. The doors around the kitchen and pantry area were very dirty with handprints and smudges. The master bath had some moldy areas. When we arrived we were given a code to enter but could not get in. Sent text message but did not hear back so went to dinner. Still didn’t hear after well over an hour to hour and half and called. Very disappointed with the exchange.
