Welcome to our little paradise in Florida!

Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for its sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios.

ROOM NAPLES

sun-drenched accommodation with a large and well-equipped kitchen - bedroom with Queen-size bed - bathroom with shower - short way to the veranda - a touch of Key West in Ft. Myers!

Wooden walls, high ceilings, and white furniture transform the apartment into a very special, magical place. To create an even more cozy atmosphere, we used wicker furniture and decorated the apartment with warm, earthy colors. You can relax in one of the comfy armchairs, enjoying a movie on TV or listening to some music.

The highlight of Room Naples is the unusually spacious, very well-equipped kitchen with a lounge area. Our guests really enjoy dining in the large kitchen on the comfortable bench or one of the wicker chairs.

You won´t need to worry about any sheets or covers since we offer plenty of those at the accommodation.

After eventful days, it´s just a short way from the Room Naples onto our porch from which you´ll have a beautiful view through the tropical garden.

Good location!

Great place. Love the pool. So close to grocery store and downtown you can walk! Quiet neighborhood. Have stayed here 3 times, we love it!

Relaxing time quaint little cottage. The location was great for us.

Only negatives were not enouh towels for a 5 day stay. The weather tur ed cold and an additional light weight blanket would have been nice.Overall nice stay

Property and pool nice. We were close to the river and river district with many bars and restaurants

Our first time booking a place not by the beach and for us this isn’t ideal. Enjoyed use of the bikes and bbq.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our Barra Villa Resort that much. However, it really seems that you need to book another property closer to the beach next time if that is the reason to deduct 2 stars from the rating. Our resort is located in walking distance to downtown and at the same time in a quiet location and short distances to the beaches (the beaches can be reached in about 30 minutes). Generally a perfect combination.

Quiet neighborhood near restaurants and a brewery

Naples is a pleasant one-bedroom with a good kitchen that's perfect for one or two people who are planning on being out and about. There's a brewery, grocery and a few restaurants in easy walking distance. The street is quiet and safe with easy parking. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm down for another baseball tournament.

Great area

Our 2nd time at this property. Good set up. We had issues with the TV and reported to Marco but it was never resolved. We didn’t find the binder with all the property info in it until the second to the last day. It’s kept in the common area and maybe another tenant had it in there room? Lots of good information in there.

Only our property manager was informed about problems with the TV when the guests left. A subsequent check showed that all available channels were running without problems. Right, the binder with some helpful information is usually found in the hallway. It seems that you were really unlucky that the folder was permanently used by other guests. However, we thank you for your feedback.

TOO MANY BUGS!

I gave this property a poor rating because the pool was not clean and the filter was not working. There were insects everywhere in the home. The bed was small for two people and very hard. The home needed a good cleaning and painting on the inside and outside.

We apologize for any possible inconvenience that may have occurred during your stay. At the same time, we would have liked that points of criticism had already been passed on to us during your stay so that we could have taken remedial action immediately if necessary, f.e. such as re-cleaning the apartment and immediately informing the pool service.

great location

close to Ford/Edison museum, and walking distance to stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. Naples apt was comfortable and perfect size to 2 adults.

Mattresses in vacation accommodation, unfortunately, are always a difficult issue. We try to do justice to every guest by regularly replacing the mattresses in our accommodations. Anyway, we would be very happy to welcome you as our guest again next winter.

Loved my stay

Super easy check in and check out. Loved the bikes and washer and dryer access. Also loved being close to first street. Pool was also perfect.

Great that you had such a great time in Fort Myers! We are also happy that it was possible to use one of the bikes (now that we have decided not to get any new bikes, the guests seem to be more careful with the bikes - maybe future guests can use the bikes as well). Please keep us and our rentals in mind for the future!

Very nice place.

Enjoyed staying here. Really liked the updates, would come again. Sleeping pillows didn't have alot of support, may need to bring your own if that's an issue for some. Very affordable but cleaning fee was high for a few day stay. Super nice manager/contact person. Location was great and we were able to do alot without driving too much.

Thank you for your review. Your suggestions (sleeping pillows) are very important to us and our future guests as they enable us to get more closely to the needs and expectations of our guests. We understand your comment about the cleaning fee when staying only a few nights but our property management takes care of our apartments with the same care - no matter whether the guests stayed only 3 nights or 2 weeks.
