Three comfortable bedrooms featuring a two bedrooms with King size beds and one with a Queen size bed. Guests can find plenty of space to relax.

Two bathrooms: One half bathroom upstairs. One full bathroom downstairs includes refreshing lux manual steam shower with 3 functions: shower head, handheld or waterfall to choose from. Ocean-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash with soft towels, hair dryer and bathroom amenities included for convenience.

The soothing atmosphere inside is complemented by a Nest heating unit for chilly nights, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season.

Kitchen: Provides refreshments of tea, grind and brew coffee maker, and Italian espresso machine with pods. Stocked cupboards have common seasonings, pots and pans, common kitchen utensils. Also provides a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc. for your cooking needs along with other kitchen tools so you can prepare your favorite dishes.

Parking: Driveway can fit 2 sedans, or one larger SUV or Truck comfortably. There is minimal street parking for one other vehicle.

Pet Policy: No pets.

Age Restrictions: Please no children under 10 years of age. Babies who are unable to crawl are welcome. We are happy to recommend other bookings for those with small children. This is to prevent unnecessary wear and tear on our property and safety as a precaution due to the stairs and balconies. We reserve the right to deny any booking based on this rental preference.
