What's inside:
Three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and twin beds, for guests to find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms including refreshing lux steam shower with three different heads, soft towels and linens, hair dryer and bathroom amenities for convenience.

The soothing atmosphere inside is complemented by heating and AC, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. Main bedroom includes ocean views, sliding door to patio joining the guest bedroom, electric fireplace, walk-in closet with full length mirror and hangers for your comfort. The living room has beautiful ocean views, tv, gas fireplace, off a large balcony to nap and hang in the sunshine or admire the sunset.

The kitchen provides refreshments of tea, grind and brew coffee maker, and Italian espresso machine with pods. Fully stocked: cupboards of dining staples, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc. for your cooking needs along with other kitchen tools so you can prepare your favorite dishes.

Parking: Driveway can fit 2 sedans, or one larger SUV or Truck comfortably. There is minimal street parking for one other vehicle.

Pet Policy: No pets.

Age Restrictions: Please no children under 10 years of age. Babies who are unable to crawl are welcome. We are happy to recommend other bookings for those with small children. This is to prevent unnecessary wear and tear on our property and safety as a precaution due to the stairs and balconies. We reserve the right to deny any booking based on this rental preference.
