Caribbaway is a spacious 2.25 acre private beachfront property. Caribbaway offers a private beachfront home right in the middle of Long bay beach which is the very best location on Long Bay.

Renters will have exclusive use of this private vacation rental villa which comprises of a main house plus two self contained annexes arranged in a C shape overlooking the ocean. The decks graduate down from the house down to the sand, offering a private, relaxing bare foot casual holiday for families and friends.

Set on over 2.25 acres of private landscaped grounds this beachfront villa in Turks and Caicos offers spectacular first light views over the Caribbean ocean. Popular with families, small groups, kite surfers and honeymooners looking for a spacious, private, vacation villa rental in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Providenciales (Provo) right on the white sand beach of Longbay. Also ideal for sailors, Fishing enthusiasts and divers as the marinas are all close by and offer daily charters and trips.

Property has 5 bedrooms; a main house with three bedrooms and two annex bedrooms sitting either side of the main house.

Main house: Main house has air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, baby cot, beach games, telephone in all rooms, 3 bedrooms with king size beds (2 bedrooms sleeping up to 2 and 1 bedroom sleeping up to 4) and in the extensive sized cathedral ceiling lounge. In addition the house has 3 private bathrooms each with full wash facilities (one being en-suite) and full household and kitchen amenities including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and 2 gas BBQs. (Sleeping 1 to 6 -8)

Leeward Annex: Leeward Annex is a self contained beach front unit with two queen size beds and french doors leading onto the balcony which overlooks directly the ocean with decking leading directly onto the beach itself. Annex has a own fully fitted kitchen with full amenities and own luxury bathroom. Each annex is fitted with satellite, library of books and access to free high-speed wireless internet access. To preserve your privacy when staying at Caribbaway we only allow annexes to be rented out with the main house.

Windward Annex: Windward Annex is a self contained unit with a large King Size bed and french doors leading onto the beach front balcony. Annex has a own fully fitted kitchen with full amenities and own luxury bathroom. Each annex is fitted with satellite, library of books and free high-speed wireless internet access. To preserve your privacy when staying at the property we only allow annexes to be rented out with the main house.

This was our second stay, and we will be back. The space works great. The outdoor decking and beach front is amazing. With young kids, there are absolutely no worries. We kayaked, paddle boarded, snorkeled (and even saw a shark in the white sand!). Itā€™s easier to launch a kite a bit down the beach, but itā€™s a doable walk.

Exceeded Expectations

Caribbaway was a true paradise! Our entire family enjoyed our trip and said that this lovely home exceeded their expectations. The two annexes were perfect for our sons and their wives, while the main house offered plenty of room for us and our grandchildren. The home and property were very clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The property manager was receptive and immediately responsive to our needs. The whole family agreed - this was truly the perfect vacation!!

Spacious and comfortable beach home in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at Carribaway. The house is very comfortable and spacious with A/C in all the rooms, which was needed in April. We loved that we could walk to our own beach every day, and watch the kite surfers and Provo ponies going by, and the moon rise over the beach at night from the back porch. The location Long Beach Bay is perfect for the kid, with shallow and fairly calm crystal blue water. It's also a short 7-10 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the amenities. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We love TCI and Carribaway was the perfect place for my family. We can't wait to come back again.

Absolutely paradise!

This house should have a warning sign ā€œif you enter you will never want to leave!ā€ The best house on the beach for kiting, deep enough to foil during low tide. So much space for your family to spread out and relax. Something for everybody, supā€™s, kayaks, unbelievable beach. A literal compound for the whole family. Very private house. If I came back to TCI I would be sad if I didnā€™t stay here again. Best of the best for kiting in backyard.

Stunning Getaway

This house may be on the best location on the best beach in the northern hemisphere. Unlike more famous Grace Bay, Long Bay Beach has hardly any people on it, mostly just kite surfers in the distance. But it has the famous Turks clean, turquoise waters and gentle warm trade winds. The house was perfect for our family of nine--the bedrooms are especially great, roomy and opening up to water, sky and greenery views. But the real showstopper is the the connected series of porches and deck, where we gathered every morning, afternoon and evening for meals, drinks, reading and sunbathing. The deck area is surrounded by beautifully curated tropical plants. And then you walk down the path to the hot tub, where we spent much time soaking in hot water and looking at the stars.The beach, just 20-25 feet from the house, really is your own private beach. We used the house's paddleboards and snorkeling gear to enjoy to water. I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the water is on this beach.Check-in was easy and the hosts efficiently communicated everything we needed. A really perfect stay!

Fantastic comfortable large house perfect for kiting

Our large group of friends really enjoyed staying here - right on the beach and just perfect for kitingboarding, foiling, etc.The house is older and more modest than many of the new ultra-lux neighbors and priced accordingly (not that anyting in TCI is inexpensive!). A few things could use updating (kitchen pots and pans please!), but everything was functional, great wifi, and included beach toys were fun.We did not like the "Provo Ponies" - the horse groups that pass by at least twice/day and leave a stream of horsesh*t along the beach where we're spending all day. Every single time. It takes a long time to disperse and a lot of chunks remain on the beach. This is no fault of the house, but I can't believe this older business has lasted this long as the popularity of Long Bay has exploded. Tourists love it and it's been Insta'd 8 trillion times... but it's just gross if you're in their path, and this isn't a remote empty beach like it was when they started years ago.But to leave on a positive note, this is a very comfortable great house and we'd stay again, despite the ponies.

The villa is exactly as advertised. The photos are all good representations of what to expect. The living areas are spacious, and the outdoor areas are amazing. Even the bed in the master bedroom was good-- rare in rental villas. The villa and grounds were clean when we arrived, and everything seems well maintained. There were no neighbours when we were there, so it was very peaceful. The walk out to the beach and ocean are perfect. Simply walk down the path and straight out into the water for the best swimming area we've ever had on vacation. The water is warmish, the bottom is totally sandy, with only one or two rocks, and the water is shallow but deep enough to swim. Nadio, the architect and property manager, is terrific, and clearly very proud of his creation. You must have a car. Don't even think about not having one. We don't go to restaurants, but we can say without hesitation that the Graceway IGA is amazing. Expensive, like everything else on the island, but with an amazing selection of foods of all type. The kitchen is basically well equipped, with one or two omissions. If you don't mind cooking, it is by far the least expensive and most convenient option. You could also get the prepared foods at the IGA and just heat them up. There is a wonderful cat who seems to basically live at this villa, but it doesn't go into the house. If you stay here, please buy some cat food and feed the cat. One or two minor complaints: There are no screens on the doors or windows in the main living area. To get air inside, you have to leave the doors open, which also lets in mosquitoes. I got bitten fiercely inside the house, which is very irritating. I realize that screen doors and windows are the bane of caretakers' existences, because with high use they break and jam, but at the very least, the large main window in the lounge area should have a screen. We travel with mosquito netting, so the bedroom wasn't a problem, but without the netting, I believe it would be. Please get a toaster oven! A toaster oven is probably even more critical than a microwave. It saves power, too, if you don't have to use the main oven. Please get a few measuring cups! How odd that there is only one enormous measuring cup. Please update the microwave. The door is largely broken. Please get a contemporary Bluray player and connect it with an HDMI cable. It is really inconvenient to have plug and unplug the DVD player and TV box. Highly recommended!

Perfect Family Beachhouse

We absolutely fell in love with the property! The outside spaces truly sell this amazing spot. We love Long Bay and it was always entertaining to watch the kite boarders. A few in our group spent a few hours learning as well. Quiet, safe, serene. I could spend hours on that deck just lost in thought! The house is well apportioned for cooking. We were very comfortable there and we would absolutely return!

The outdoors especially is amazing! Truly wonderful for all ages. From playing in the sand to running on the beach or simply wading out for ages. Paddle boarding was also fun. Hanging out on the decks .. Time went too fast. Also close to Grace Bay for shops and food.

Caribbaway was purchased after seeing a small advertisement in one of the UK Sunday papers advertising land for sale on a Caribbean Island. Colin flew down to take a look in between business commitments in the States and bought a 2.25 acre plot on the beach of Longbay. The plot was thick with vegetation and at first Colin and Christina camped under the stars until they were able to build the house (this sounds romantic but was actually very brave as there were quite a few mosquitos and wild dogs roaming the Island back then!). The house today is now large and spacious and has provided family, friends and now rental guests with a place to escape to and truly relax in.

Home from home. Right on the beach. Relax, play and enjoy the Caribbean life style in the privacy of your own home. Kite surf straight off the house. Walk 5 minutes along the sand to private kite surf lessons for beginners in the bay. Best position on Long Bay as right in the middle of the beach; away from the busyness of the bay where the beginner kite surf lessons take place but easy to walk to. Away from the rocks which dominate the coastline to the west of the beach. Family kayaks, paddle boards, beach games and umbrellas provided for guest use at no additional charge. Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Please ask if you would like this filled and heated for you.
