Enter into a spacious open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a table seating 7 and bar seating for 3. The living room features a cozy couch for 5, a gas fireplace, and a 70” Samsung smart TV. Step out onto the screened porch with a gas firepit, grill, and seating for 4. A convenient ½ bath is also located on this floor.

First Floor:
This level offers a full bath with a shower, bidet, and sink. A utility room and large storage closet are available, along with garage access. Two sets of full-over-full bunk beds (sleeping 8) and a futon provide ample space. There's also access to the outdoor deck.

Third Floor:
The first bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, and a ceiling fan, with access to a Jack and Jill bath featuring 2 sinks, a toilet, and a tub/shower combo. A full laundry room is located down the hall. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstand, desk, and ceiling fan. The master suite features a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, and access to a screened deck with an outdoor heater, table, and seating for 2. The master bath includes 2 sinks, a toilet, and a shower.

We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
