Our 6-guest apartment in the tropics is your slice of paradise. Located in a safe, gated community, it's got all the basics you need to relax and recharge before your next day of exploring. If you're working remotely, no worries! We have excellent WiFi and a great spot to set up your laptop. Basic services like grocery stores are just a short drive away, and you're only ten minutes from Yunque Rainforest and Las Picuas beach. San Juan and the ferry terminal are about 40 minutes away.

Costa Real Apartments is a gated community located close to Rio Mar and Yunque Rainforest. The community is monitored by 24-hour security, which provides scheduled patrolling throughout that time. Located on Rio Grande is about 40 minutes from the airport and the ferry terminal. As reference we are about:

10 minutes from Las Picuas beach, or La Monserrate Public Beach in Luquillo. Coastal town with several surf beaches and great spots to eat and immerse yourself on “boricua”culture. Palmer community with it’s culinary offering, and heading to the rainforest with ziplines, horseback, UTV and more to enjoy the recreational activities the area offers.

Also, to Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve or a kayak tour to the bioluminescent lagoon just 25 minutes away. Seven Seas will find watersports and rental shacks. Water taxis to take you to the Cays and snorkeling and fishing tours.

40 minutes to the south you can reach Ceiba Ferry Terminal. We advise you to book tickets in advance.

Hey, there! Our cozy apartment is the perfect spot for anyone who wants to chill in the sun, explore the fun stuff around the island, or even get some remote work done. It's got three bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms, a terrace, and is fully air-conditioned. Plus, you get two parking spots right near the entrance.

We're thrilled to share our home away from home with you. It's a quiet community in Rio Grande, close to cool hotels, El Yunque National Rainforest, and restaurants with authentic cuisine. You can also take a quick ride to some amazing beaches. Imagine sipping your coffee on the balcony or terrace, feeling the Caribbean breeze caress your skin. And don't worry about safety, because there's 24-hour security.

We've got TVs in the master bedroom and living room with ROKU, so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The whole apartment is climate-controlled, and there's Wi-Fi throughout. Plus, we've got a washer/dryer, coffee machine, and more to make your stay super comfy.

Our place is also close to San Juan, so you can easily explore the historic city and its nightlife, then come back and relax by the crystal-clear waters of the beach or rivers nearby.

From the airport, you can take the highways or main roads, and you'll be at the unit in about 40 minutes. If you're coming from the Ceiba Ferry Terminal, head north, and you'll be there in 40 minutes. It's a good idea to rent a car so you can explore the area at your own pace. Taxis and Uber aren't always readily available in the area.
