Welcome to The Beach Club at Pearl Street—nine updated 1BR condos just 140 ft from the beach in the heart of Beach Haven, offering short-term rentals. Each unit includes a king bed, full bath, full kitchen, pull-out sofa, oceanview patio, AC, and parking. 2 beach badges included. Walk to bars, restaurants & shops. We provide linens, towels, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, hairdryer, and iron. No toiletries, beach gear, washer/dryer, or daily cleaning.

We’ll text you your 4-digit code as soon as your unit is ready and will do our best to get you in early, even though check-in is technically 3 PM.

This rental is great if you want to walk less than 200 steps to the beach and use this rental for dropping off your things, and spending 90% of your time at the beach or out and about on the town. This rental fit my husband, myself, and two young children (36 yrs old) fiiinee, but if they were any older, then it wouldve been a problem. It is very small(maybe 350 sq ft?), and it's dated(pull out sofa from the 90's and carpeting in the bedroom). That said, location is fantastic(we walked to restaurants, fantasy island, and the beach is a stone's throw), the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, communication with hosts was fantastic, and the rental was clean enough but something that really bothers me with rentals is if you have a shower curtain, make sure it doesnt have stains on it. There was def mold/mildew stains on the shower curtain, which made me think it hasnt been changed in a very long time. The description listed toiletries, but that entailed two very thin pats of hand soap. Bring your own toiletries for sure. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for the thoughtful feedback — we're so glad you enjoyed the location, the comfy bed, the AC, and the easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. That's exactly what this little spot is made for! A couple of quick notes for future guests: the unit was updated within the last five years, though we know it has a cozy beach feel. The square footage (403 sq ft) is listed right on the page, as VRBO requires. And we note in several places — the listing, your confirmation, a pre-arrival message, and a flyer in the unit — that we don't provide toiletries, with a full list of what we do and don't supply. We replace the shower curtains proactively with brand-new ones about five times over our four-month season (and more as needed), so we're sorry one slipped through. Our only wish is that you'd mentioned it while you were here — we text all guests the day of arrival and again the next morning for exactly this reason. For this guest we happily handled their other requests asked of our team the day after check in, so we'd gladly have swapped it out on the spot if notified! So glad it was a pleasant stay overall — we'd love to host your family again anytime. Thank you again!

Excellent Spot!

Been vacationing in Beach Haven for over 20 years, and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed! It's so close to everything, including the beach and the shops. Had a wonderful time, and cannot wait to return!

Beautul place, spotless and great location!!!!

Stayed at the Beach Club at Pearl Street in June and absolutely loved it. The owners are so friendly and the place was so clean!!! Loved it so much we are going back at the end of August. Excellent location, within walking distance of so many restaurants!!! Definitely recommend it!!!!

Wonderful unit and location!

The apartment was the perfect size for two with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living space. The location could not have been better just steps away from the beach!

Family weekend getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend with our children. The location couldn’t be better. The apartment was clean and ready early and the property team were friendly and helpful. It was a great weekend!

We had a wonderful time at LBI Beach Club! The rooms were clean and comfortable and was in a great location for the beach, restaurants and other activities. Pat and Tom were gracious hosts and very helpful. We would definitely come back to spend time here again.
