The Space:

The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. In the living room, the sofa conveniently pulls out to accommodate two additional guests, with another TV available for entertainment. When it’s time to step outside, grab the provided beach towels and relax on the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.



After a day on the beach or exploring Traverse City, unwind in the spacious two-person jacuzzi tub or walk-in shower in the newly renovated bathroom. Please note that the tub will not fully fill for a single user due to the water heater’s capacity. The bathroom comes stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus there’s a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for added convenience.



And just so you're aware, the Beachside Condos are on a busy road—earplugs and sound machines are provided for a peaceful stay.

The Neighborhood:

Want to get out on that gorgeous turquoise water? A public launch with watersports rentals is right next door! Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown, which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.



There is one parking space allowed per condo.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
