Conveniently situated just six blocks from downtown Ludington, you can walk to charming shops, restaurants, museums, local breweries, and Lake Michigan. In addition, Ludington State Park and Big Sable Point Lighthouse are just a 12-minute drive away.

The house is two stories. It’s also a duplex with a second apartment on the backside of the house. However, each side has a private entrance and private outdoor spaces and porches.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. One has a queen-size bed, another has a double bed, and the third room has a bunk bed with two single beds and a futon that also sleeps two. Also, we offer a pack-n-play for your use.

Bathrooms
You’ll find a full bathroom on the second floor that features a tub and shower combo. There’s also a spacious half bathroom on the main floor with a sink and toilet.

Living Spaces
Relax in the cozy living room on the main floor and enjoy meals in the dining area. There’s a TV with Roku in the living room as well as a variety of games for all ages.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook and gather, including a dishwasher and ice-maker. It’s located next to the dining room and back door that goes out to the BBQ grill. You’ll also find basic spices, a drip coffee maker, and a single-cup coffee option for your morning brew.

In addition, there’s a washer and dryer in the basement for guest use.

Outdoor Areas
Unwind on the roomy front porch or enjoy an evening by the fire pit in the spacious backyard. You’ll also find seating and a relaxing hammock.

Whether you’re here to explore Ludington’s beaches, hike the trails at the state park, or take a ride on the iconic S.S. Badger, this home is perfectly located for all your adventures.

The Charming Victorian Home is in the heart of Ludington, which makes it ideal for a getaway with everything at your fingertips. A short drive east of the house, you’ll also find grocery stores including Meijer, Aldi, Walmart, Home Depot, auto repair shops, and more.

For wine enthusiasts, there are three wineries within a 5-15 minute drive. Also, Ludington is the home to local breweries and eateries.

The house is also 20 minutes from the quaint Village of Pentwater with shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries, a state park beach, and more. The village has frequent activities throughout the summer and several festivals year-round.

In addition, ten miles to the south of Pentwater, you’ll find the famous Silver Lake Sand Dunes.
