The house has dishwasher, laundry and patios including outdoor BBQ and large private patio on the front of the house with lots of outdoor furniture. The house includes parking on-site. During the summer the free trolley service is available to take you north or south anywhere in town and beyond. The bus stop for both directions is right across the street from the house on PCH. Everything (beach across the street, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.) are within walking distance from the house. You can park your car on the property and walk everywhere. If you need additional onsite free parking, a 2nd parking spot may be available upon request. Contact the owner.
