The backyard next to the bungalow is fenced to allow your dogs to enjoy some time off the leash. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor are conveniently located directly off the family room and kitchen while the bungalow has a separate entrance and is perfect for a couple or the teenager that wants to get away. This home is ideally located near the middle of the island, just blocks from the beach with a beach access on the same street. Here the atmosphere is always "Island time" avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main roads and traffic. This is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends to enjoy! This home has an open floor plan with multiple areas to hang out and relax starting with the main room and kitchen as well as a screened in side porch where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the birds. The beach access is a quick drive or short walk away but after you have enjoyed the sun at the beach, relax in the screened in porch or grilling your favorite meal on the deck.

**Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 40lbs (27kg)**A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged.
*The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*
