This beautiful Ocean Tower 10th floor Penthouse end-unit is huge, recently renovated, and has a unique floor plan with glass doors on both sides of the main living area that slide completely into the walls, creating a wide open space more than 75 ft wide with east, south and westerly views of the Pacific Ocean. This stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath condo can accommodate up to 8 people and is the largest rental in the resort. This villa has been upgraded to include fabulous tropical decor with a new outdoor dining table for 8 and sectional sofa on the 350+sf east facing lanai. The west facing lanai has gorgeous ocean / resort views and seating for 5. This is truly indoor / outdoor living at its best at the Beach Villas.

This villa accommodates up to 8 people plus 2 infants under age 2: 2 in the Master King en-suite bath with walk in shower and deep soaking tub, 2 in the Queen guest room with adjoining shower, 2 in the guest Twin bedroom with en-suite tub/shower. The property features lush landscaping with tranquil koi ponds, two pools (one a beautiful lap pool and the other a lagoon pool with a dedicated childrenā€™s sand pool), two Jacuzzis and beachfront access to some of the most beautiful lagoons in the world. The property boasts Wolf outdoor grills and tables perfect for an evening of grilling and enjoying the world-class sunsets. 2 Pools, 3 Jacuzzi's, 4 Beach Lagoons, Marina, Golf, Koi ponds, waterfalls, native flora and fauna. The resort is located just across from the KoOlina golf course, an LPGA championship course designed by Ted Robinson.

The oceanfront walkway stretches for 1.5 miles running between The Four Seasons Oahu, Disney Aulani Hotel, the Beach Villas, Marriott Beach Club Hotel, and the KoOlina Marina. Across the street from KoOlina Golf Club. A short 10 min walk to the town center with shops and restaurants.

Excellent stay at Ko Olina Beach Tower

We had an incredible stay at the Ko Olina Beach Towers! The unit itself was perfect for our family vacation. 3 nicely appointed bedrooms with separate baths, beautiful kitchen, and two lanais, one with incredible ocean views, and the other with a comfortable sofa and table with sea breezes. The huge sliding doors that opened all the way to allow a cross breeze through in the evening was extra special. The grounds and pool were beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. The beach area is flawless; white sand and just minutes from the condo. Even the Mai Taiā€™s at the on property outdoor bar were fantastic. Our host Cherie was welcoming and very helpful during check in. 10/10 stay and would highly recommend!

Wonderful week in Hawaii

My family had an awesome week in this unit! Itā€™s a beautiful unit with a great view! We were in Hawaii for a family wedding and being able to stay in this unit added to a perfect week. Joan and Ron were fantastic hosts and responded quickly every time we communicated to them. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Gorgeous Views & Plenty of room for a large family

Fantastic condo that has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy gorgeous Ko Olina! Condo has two fantastic lanai's of which one faces the ocean and multiple condo's and doesn't get direct sunlight which is great during the afternoon sun. The other one is in the sunlight and has outdoor furniture and a large table for outdoor dining. Check in process was easy, they meet you at the condo and give you a brief orientation of how everything works. I would highly recommend you pay attention to the outdoor doors and how they work as we left to go to the store and our son stayed behind and was locked out for a couple hours due to how the handles operate. All in all a great condo but could possibly use a refresh in terms of furnishings/cleaning.

Enjoyable Stay

This property is well maintained with a peaceful and welcoming community. We enjoyed grilling while listening to live music by the beach bar. The lagoon was magical and never over crowded. The jacuzzi and heated pool are very inviting. With a wheelchair assisted family member, we would have benefited from a more spacious walk-in master bedroom shower. It is technically a walk-in but, it is extremely narrow and we were unable to use it for our handicap family member. The living room/kitchen area with the dual lanai were more than adequate. The cross breeze, when both glass sliding doors were open was simply refreshing. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The condo has all the beach equipment one could need but, it could benefit from a wagon to bring items to the beach. There is no onsite restaurant but, there are plenty of restaurants/stores nearby, as well as snack food at the bar. Most importantly, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this property.

Best vacation spot on the Island!

Having lived on Oahu, the Amalfi Coast and multiple Southern California beaches, I consider myself a beach snob. With that said, Ko Olina is one of the best coastal locations and vacation spots as far as Iā€™m concerned! From the moment you get off the freeway you know you are in a special resort area that screams relaxation. The villas are especially lovely and offer a very beautiful and peaceful environment. We have also stayed at Disneys Aulani and I think the villas are far superior. This unit was a fantastic spot for our family of six adults. Everything was as described and very clean. I was concerned about privacy since all the balconies face each other but it wasnā€™t a problem. The view was spectacular, better than in the pictures. This is the place you will want to return to every summer! Iā€™d like to mention that Royā€™s at the golf course across the street has a wonderful Aloha happy hour and if you are interested in a family photo, I highly recommend a local photographer, Patrick (photos@patrickjordanphotography.com), his work is exceptional and inexpensive. Joan was a great communicator when booking the villa as well!

Beautiful and relaxing place for a quiet vacation. Property is amazing with nearby shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as 30 minutes from most of Oahu's top tourist sites. Loved the nightly music by the beach on the bar. Overall great place to stay.

We absolutely loved this Beach Villa and resort. We don't plan on staying anywhere else from now on when we vacation in Oahu! The villa was clean, well equipped, and the view was amazing. Beautiful condo & property

We love the Beach Villas! The condo was just like the pictures, great layout and amenities. Perfect for our family with adult children, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Two lanaiā€™s were a bonus. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool/beach. Beach chairs and toys, a cooler also. Only comment about the place, some of the wood furniture is a little beat up, but to be expected in a well loved rental. Good communication with owner/agents. Hope to get back soon!

Plenty of space

We stayed at Beach Villas to attend our daughtersā€™s wedding. There were 5 adults and two children and the apartment provided everything we needed. It was extremely well equipped and the second lanai was a real bonus. The grounds are beautiful and I can totally recommend the pool bar cocktails. The staff were very helpful. The market just down the road in the village can satisfy most needs and full shopping is only 10 mins away by car. Restaurants are a little pricey but the food is very good. Special thanks to Joan who manages the property. She was extremely helpful and always prompt in her response. It is a great place for a family holiday. I am sure we will be back again!

30th b day vacay with family

My daughter and her fam as well as my husband and I. Had a great time for her 30th celebration. Place was right on the beach . Pools were awesome for the kiddos. Nice walking trails . Fish feeding for the little ones was a big hit . Place was clean well stocked manager was available to chat if we needed anything

Great Family Vacation! We stayed here for 2 weeks with 5 adults , 2 children and 1 infant. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and even sand toys for the kids. Fantastic location for all..lagoons, pools and many great restaurants in walking distance. Joan and Nicole were great to work with and very responsive to my many questions.

Great place

Everything was perfect except for one thing. Please get your dryer checked. Since towels will be used a lot while in Hawaii, it would be nice to use clean, warm towels. The dryer was not drying. We checked the settings, the lint filter and even just tried to dry one shirt. We had to hang towels dry instead and could not do any laundry that would need to be packed dry before going home. Overall, it was a great stay! Thanks!

This is my 4th time here at the Koā€™Olina Beach Villas and it never fails me. This time we are in a 3-bedroom 3BR penthouse villa. Again, the place was very spacious for our group of 7. Watching the sunset from our lanai became part of our daily routine. If youā€™re just seeking R&R, you donā€™t have to go anywhere else. This place is ā€œit.ā€ Outside the villa, there are a lot of dining options. A lot of activities are also just several miles drive. Staff were very courteous and kept this place amicably clean! Iā€™ll be coming back here again and again and again!!!

Beautiful PH with great views

We loved staying in this condo. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The gkids loved feeding the fish, playing in the pebble pool and on the beach. The towels and chairs (& beach toys) were much appreciated and used. The sound proofing of the unit was amazing! Our grandchildren never really adjusted to the time change and was up early every morning but we never really heard them unless our door was open. The beds were super comfortable and I am now looking to purchase similar pillows now that I am home. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the w/d as our clothes had to be placed on the lania to dry completely and the lighting on the master bath mirror is a little dark and made it difficult to use for shaving and makeup application. Oh, and the parking police! They were very annoying - leaving those ''tickets'' on our rental car if we didn't park PERFECTLY - a bit of one tire on the white line when there were no other cars assigned parking near us, telling us to be ''considerate'' of other guests. That was frustrating and unwelcome! But, overall it was a very nice resort with great amenities for our family.

Wedding in Ko'olina

5 of us shared this unit for a wedding at the Four Seasons. It was perfect! Lots of room. Beds, bathrooms. Provided an added airbed for an extra guest that we didn't need but had just in case. Pools and tiki bar great. Security wonderful. Appliances are top notch. I have no negatives, only positive things to say about this unit. Everything is walkable as well.
