SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEW - BEACH TOWER SUITE AT BEACH VILLAS - KO OLINA RESORT

This luxury suite is an end unit on 8th floor of the Beach Tower (tower next to the ocean) with a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean and lagoons. The Beach Villas is on the beach between the ocean in the front and LPGA Championship Ko Olina Golf Course in the back.

Feel the sand between your toes and imagine your family or friends watching the famous Ko Olina sunset with a glass of wine or BBQing your favorite meal. Share the luxurious and elegant lifestyle with your loved ones by immersing in our professionally designed villa. With the lagoons and Pacific Ocean at our front door and the Ko Olina Championship Golf Course at the back, come and experience one of the most memorable vacations of your lifetime.

Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, a private beachfront condo. Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named “Hop Along.”

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort such as Roy's, Longhi's, La Hiki, Mina's Fish House, 'Ama 'Ama, and Monkeypod Kitchen. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 6 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towel for each guest; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Experience the comfort and luxury here at our Beach Villas at Ko Olina Resort like no other place in the World. Walk and travel the Hawaiian history, people, and culture but most of all experience the Spirit of Aloha.

A minimum of 6 nights is required at the Beach Villas for all reservations.

Furniture is not comfortable. Need a foot rest or recliner chair. Parking space is terrible. The spot is up against the wall. Very difficult to get in and out of with other cars parked next to you.

We had a wonderful stay in our Ocean View Suite. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Extremely clean and comfortable. The set up of of 2 bedrooms and two baths with the living area in between was perfect for my husband and I and our son and daughter in law to have time together and privacy. We really enjoyed the lanai and being able to quietly sit outside in the mornings, and take in the beautiful view of the ocean.It was very helpful to have a brief orientation to the unit by Tiffany upon our arrival.

Wonderful view

Unit was very nicely decorated and well stocked. Great view of sunsets and ocean from the lanai. Plenty of beach items and amenities.

Wonderful unit

Property is clean, spacious, with a fantastic view from the lanai. The gym and pools are in great shape. Property management communication was excellent and made the process of checking in seamless. Nice touch with the unit having beach chairs, etc available! The only ding is on standard wear and tear on chair cushions and family room carpet, which take away from appearance and comfort. A first rate rental overall!

Amazing! Best place to stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. It is absolutely incredible from the views, lagoon, the pool etc. This is a fabulous place to stay especially if you have a group with you. Great floorplan and kitchen was fantastic to have.

Great place for kids

Nice place. A bit windy out on the balcony as it is on the windy corner. No table on the balcony although there is nice seating. This is a wonderful place for kids. Great pool, lovely uncrowded beach, although a bit challenging since they do not allow shade structures. All in all we had a great time and would definitely come back

Best family Vacation

We stayed for a week and had a fabulous time. The location was hard to beat with access to lagoons as well as popular sites in Hawaii. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach toys. The grills were convenient and made dinner that much easier to make. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic vacation

We really enjoyed this condo and property! Cherie made checking in very easy! Everything that we thought we would get in the unit and on the property met our expectations. The view from our lanai was AMAZING! We very much would come back to this property! Aloha!!!

Perfect Condo for Oahu

Perfect condo in Ko Olina Oahu. Avoid Honolulu & Waikiki crowds & traffic! Condo complex is Beachfront & well managed & maintained. Beautiful pool area for adults & kids, koi pond, superb fitness center, BBQ grills areas & all amenities you need for a relaxing stress-free Hawaiian vacation.

Perfect and quiet

Everything about this property was beautiful, convenient and quiet. The lagoons were not busy during Mid November. Cherie was wonderful. Answered questions and didn't bug us atall. We are quiet people so we enjoyed the space. Private parking, everything included that we needed. Beautiful room! Highly recommend

Great spacious Ocean view condo

Had a great week here. The place was very nice and just like the photos and other reviews show. We liked to low key quiet atmosphere of the property. Much less crowded than the Aulani or Marriot. Only downside is there is no restaurant, but many within short walk. Cherie the property manager was very responsive and delightful to work with.

Caters first Hawaii trip

Everything was as expected due to the fact that we have stayed at other Villa rentals in the past. The Host Cherie was the best hostess I have experienced. They allowed for a couple hours early check in and allowed a 4 hour late check out which helped us greatly as our flight left in the evening hours. The communication was great. The unit was perfect and well equipped for small children. Very happy with our rental.

Oh my goodness!

This place is incredible! We loved our stay here for our family gathering vacation. The condo is beautiful and spacious and modern, and offers all you need for beach fun with snorkels, chairs, etc. Cheri was our contact and most helpful with good communication. The view provided nightly sunsets. The lagoon is perfect for all vacationers and especially for children. Saw a turtle and followed him for some time! This lagoon was the best of all the four! Loved it all!

Great stay in a quiet beautiful area!

Cherie was super communicative, friendly and helpful. Condo is as pictured and very well appointed with mod cons and beach/snorkeling supplies. View is stunning (saw lots of rainbows!). Amenities and on-site bar are great. The lap pool is heated and tailored for adults so it tends to be much quieter. Locker rooms have steam rooms and saunas. There is a small shopping center nearby with a minimart, but if you want real shopping you need to drive 15 minutes East to Foodland Farms (great poke bar there!). The Four Seasons has a great restaurant (Mina’s Fish House). Only drawback is this areas is a bit remote from a lot of the popular destinations around the island, but some may find that as a bonus because it’s very quiet. We enjoyed our time here!

Amazing Villa with Ocean and Lagoon Views

Our stay was amazing! Cherie our host made check in very easy and made us feel welcomed upon first communication. The villa is perfect for a small family. Children slept comfortably on the sofa sleeper and the adults had their own rooms. There is a plethora of beach gear and toys in a storage box on the lanai. The lanai is comfortable and hosts beautiful views at all times of the day. Ko Olina has so much to do just within the vacuity. The resort staff is amazing and accommodating with the exception of the pool bartender. This unit is perfect and located near the elevators and on the end so less noise. Highly recommend and hope to return someday.
