Your unit is located on the 7th floor of the Beach Front Tower, The Beach Villas in Ko Olina Resort. You are just steps away from the lagoon and the ocean and one block from the Aulani Disney Hotel.

Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, a private beachfront condo. Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named ā€œHop Along.ā€

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort such as Roy's, Longboards, Mina's Fish House, Longhi's, 'Ama 'Ama, and Monkeypod Kitchen. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Beautiful and relaxing at the Beach Villas

This was the second time my family has stayed at the Beach Villas. Absolutely beautiful! The ocean view from the balcony, the multiple pools for all ages, the safe lagoons just across the walkway, the nightly music, the accommodating staff, shops and restaurants within walking distance, etc. Just a fantastic place to enjoy Hawaii with your family! Best place ever!

Wonderful Family Condo

Spacious, clean unit with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Pools and beach are steps away. Well stocked, including lots of beach equipment. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Outstanding communication and service from property manager. Would definitely return to this property.

B703 is a great unit! The unit is shielded from the morning sun, so you can enjoy the patio all day long! The chargers on each side of the bed for phones/ear pods/watch is a very nice touch. Also, the owner just replaced the coffee pot with a new Keurig/full coffee pot, plus there are coffee filters available. Tiffany is a joy to work with. She was so responsive! We had a wonderful time!

Great stay at our favorite location

We love Ko Olina andā€™s stayed there multiple times. This time we needed a 3 bedroom apartment and this one priced to be a great choice. It was in the beach tower, so close to the beach. You could actually not only see but hear the ocean. It was very well equipped with high end cookware, great setup on the lanai and lots of beach equipment available for our use.Great stay overall.

Top Notch Accommodations!

Management was very accommodating. Amazing unit with large spaces in living room/kitchen and lanai to gather. The view was beautiful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The property and amenities are top notch. Many beach chairs, snorkel, boogie boards etc provided. This was so great! Ample paper products and soap etc provided. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Condo

This Condo is perfect for 4 Adults and 2 kids. We love the Ko Olina condos on Oahu. The lagoons are great for families to have a great time on the beach without breaking waves. We love the pools at the property and great restaurants in walking distance. You will not be sorry you booked a stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina

Wonderful vacation!

My family loved the beach villa! Daniel greeted us as we arrived and showed us to our room even though it was 10pm. It was in great proximity to the lagoon. The kids were able to snorkel and see all kinds of creatures. The villa had everything we needed for the beach and for grilling and eating in. The views were amazing! We highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful place for the family

Our family had a wonderful time at the Beach Villas at Koā€™Olina in Kapolei, Hawaii. Our host, Cherie was so helpful in assisting us with our stay there. The high end kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, and the free private parking space, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and snorkels & fins were a plus! All of these amenities made our family vacation extra special! Would highly recommend this beautiful place that feels like home!

Excellent!

The view and peacefulness of the southwest side of Oahu was better than expected. Accommodations were as described and our host Cherie, even made arrangements for a late check out time for our party of five. The kitchen is set up so that you have everything at hand to prepare meals in the condo which we took advantage of. The owner has taken in account for anything a guest might need on hand and we were only steps away from a pristine beach. We will definitely look forward to staying again.

Relaxing Vacation

I chose this property because it would be quieter than its neighbors: Marriott Beach Villas or Disney or 4 Seasons Resorts. It is 30-45 minutes from Waikiki. Walking distance from a hidden turtle cove. About 15 minutes from Pearl Harbor. Very clean property and responsive management. I would return here!

Check in was painless. Nicole gave us a great tour of condo with education on all the functions switches etc. Was efficient friendly and very supportive of any questions. They also provide what to expect ahead of time answering most questions. The condo was clean, well stocked and quiet. As a family with kids we felt very safe. Thank you for a great stay! More Than Most

A group of six retired friends wanted to spend a week near Honolulu. Beach Villas is more than most condos. It is designed to offer privacy, but togetherness for couples. The unit was exceptional clean, had enough amenities to accommodate each of us and was perfect for evenings on the lani watching the Pacifica ocean calm us after busy sight seeing days. Cherie was an excellent experience, kind knowledgeable host. Her well written guide book offered meaningful guidance. We rated Beach Villas an A+ because it earned an A+ in all areas of services and accommodations.

A little slice of Paradise

We stayed at KoOlina Beach Villas two weeks before Christmas. The weather was perfect - low 80's for highs and low 70's for lows. B703 was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults. The unit was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware, utensils and even some common spices. The patio furniture was new and provided a lovely spot to enjoy the ocean views. There was live music at the Tiki Bar almost every night and they have definitely upgraded the food and drink options since we were here a few years ago. Highly recommend the Key Lime Colada. We bought a lot of fresh seafood and steaks from Costco and used the grills on property to make some awesome meals. The unit also came with chairs and a wagon to cart them to the beach - very handy. The lagoon beach was quiet and not too crowded. They also have a service now that you can rent cabanas, umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach. This was our fourth stay at the Beach Villas. Highly recommend it!

Relaxing Days, Quiet Nights

Great location in front of one of Ko Olina's four breathtaking ocean lagoons shared only with three first class resorts, including Disney Aulani next door. Similar high quality interior and amenities too, except Disney has more for young kids. The Ko Olina golf course is directly behind the building, and rated #1 on Oahu.The unit overlooks the family and kiddie pool, so sitting on the deck is noisy during the day. It also faces the morning and afternoon sun without shade, so it is unrealistic to expect to spend much time there anyway. The website (zoom) photo exaggerates the size of the pools and the closeness of the ocean. The unit actually faces a huge empty lot.Ko Olina gets less rain than any place else on Oahu, but its isolation means there are just a few restaurant choices nearby, and not much to do at night. The check-in process was great. A young lady from the rental agency met us and helped us at the front desk and in guiding us to our parking spot and through the unit itself. We had a couple of glitches during our stay, but overall it was very good.

A Little family time in paradise!

First let me say Cherie was incredibly helpful from helping us with arrival transportation to check-in and entertainment suggestions! We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The views were amazing and we spent a lot of time just out on the lanai soaking it all in and letting the everyday worries just float away. There was plenty of room for the 7 adults that made up our family. We really enjoyed our time at the Beach Towers from walks along the boardwalk and beach, seeing the visiting monk seals to grilling and swimming in the pool. It was so nice to come back to after outings around Oahu. We felt safe and secure in Ko Olina and trips out to the grocery store and restaurants were simple. The only frustration we had was the time it took for the dryer to dry clothes, especially towels...but we managed through that also. Oh, the staff there was great and everyone always greeted us with smiles. The bottom line is - we loved it! Thanks and Aloha Cherie!

Outstanding stay on the Western side!

We had a great stay in Ko Olina. The 3BR/3BA was exactly as it looks in photos. We had excellent, early info about the property from Cherie Fikani, the awesome agent who answered all of our questions before and after arriving. She also met us at the property for an orientation to everything available. The very minor issues that arose were addressed right away (eg., 1 of the 4 outdoor grills wasnā€™t working well). This property overlooks the pool on one side and one can see the beach from the same side/balcony. The beach lagoon nearest the condos was nice & not as crowded as neighboring hotels or lagoons. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be sure to read the house rules carefully and be prepared to drive 30-40 min to other parts of the island (like Diamond Head State Monument). We knew that oahu can be trafficky before booking the west side of the island. One big bonus was the weather was better on the west side vs the eastern part which rained more during our visit.

Wonderful condo, great host

We had a wonderful stay in Beach Tower 703. This was our first time booking a vacation condo and we weren't sure what to expect. Our property manager, Cherie, was great. She contacted us several weeks in advance to ask about our needs, including how we wanted the third bedroom arranged (twin beds or a king--we went with king beds in all three bedrooms). We exchanged texts the day before our flight and then when our flight landed to coordinate check-in. Cherie met us at the Beach Villas lobby and helped us arrange for two parking spaces, helped us take our luggage up to our room, and showed us around the condo, how to operate the television and sound and wifi. She was attentive and sincere in her desire to help us have a great stay. The condo, itself, was beautiful--as advertised. We were on a high floor which made for nice views from the lanai down to the pools and lagoons. As one of the previous reviews said, you can't see the sunset from the unit, but it's just a short stroll down to the lagoon where the sunsets are fantastic. We were here for the fourth of July and our balcony was a great spot to watch the fireworks display. The condo is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and furniture, high end kitchen appliances, washer and dryer (which worked well for us), and good television, sound, and wifi access. The kitchen had salt and pepper and other seasonings as well as cooking oil. There was plenty of dinnerware and silverware, drinking glasses, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and other cooking utensils. The glasstop stove burners took a while to heat up--it took us a little while to figure out how to deal with that. The bathrooms had basic toiletries (shampoo, hand soap) and towels. There were beach towels and snorkel sets and other water gear for us to use. The grounds were immaculate--great swimming pools, a koi pond that had more large koi than any of us has ever seen in a koi pond, nice salt water lap pool, and a good fitness center (bring a towel from your room). Our lagoon was the least crowded and most swimmable of the Ko Olina lagoons. There were even enough fish to make for entertaining snorkeling. We had a great, relaxing time during out 7 days in the condo. We'll return to this same unit when we get the chance!
