Great vacation property

Great Location with right on the beach access. That is critical in Hilton Head. If your property is not on the beach , you will have to use the few public beaches and there is little to no parking there. This property has a great pool for families is centrally located has a general store which has breakfast and lunch has fantastic tennis and pickled ball courts for beginners to advanced. Our property was large , great deck , covered parking in a park like tropical setting. Fabulous golf course which if you donā€™t play has a common dining room which anyone can use. There is no beach better than Hilton Head to the north. Beach is fantastic with a wonderful beach restaurant on the beach , and thatā€™s the only one on the 12 mile beach. For families or Couples , canā€™t beat this resort and itā€™s cheaper than Florida. My only hesitation is that they have a late check in at 6 pm which is unusual.

Great spot, short walk to the beach...

Clean, well appointed townhouse/condo. Quite, wooded setting, on golf course, short walk to beach. Good value. Three story unit, so be ready for some stairs. Would rent again!

This place is very spacious and clean. Easy check in and out process. Easy access to beach and tennis center. (Especially if you have bikes). Would highly recommend it.

Convenient and cozy

The condo was just what we needed. 5-minute walk from the beach, clean and comfortable, great amenities, excellent customer service at front desk. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Quiet and Relaxing vacation

For a last minute getaway, this was a very good choice. It was a short five minute walk to the beach. It met all our needs. It was a quiet and relaxing vacation. I have stayed at more luxurious places, but that being said this was nice.

Very lovely, and a close walk to the beach

The location was ideal, the complex extremely well tended with lots of trees and beautiful birdsong to enjoy all day. Loved the patio, spent lots of time sitting or eating meals outside. The unit was clean and comfortable. A few things could use improvement. The bed was a bit soft. The shower went from hot to cold extremes when others were using water. Did have a bit of a musky smell. We stayed 11 days, so would have been nice to have the bedding changed once. Our particular unit was by the tennis courts. Awoke to leaf blowing machine some mornings before 7 am. There was also a loud event with loudspeakers going one evening. The colour scheme and decorating inside was appealing. Nice to have laundry facilities available. The number and quality of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby was excellent. The beach was long and lovely. On the whole, we really enjoyed our stay.

Neat little cottage style unit close to golf, tennis, and the beach.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days in January while visiting Hilton Head Island. Everything from a nearby market, free laundry service, easy access to dispose of trash......convenience sums up this place. The unit itself was very clean with comfy furniture and bed, as well as well stocked kitchen. We would definitely consider this place again on future trips to Hilton Head.

Nice Place

Stayed at The Village for 3 nights. Room was clean and well stocked. First night there we had to move to another room due to strong musty smell. Fortunately there was another room available. Be careful when booking these rooms because the room we were assigned was not the room we saw on VRBO. I specifically asked the person booking the room and was assured it was what we saw on line.
