This newly remodeled, bright and beautifully decorated, 3-bedroom, 3 bath home is a stone's throw to two of Chatham's Nantucket Sound beaches: Pleasant Street Beach (3/10's mile) and Forest Beach (4/10's mile)!
On the first floor, step into an open and airy living room and dining area. The renovated kitchen with island and barstools is well equipped for hosting and gathering. A spacious den features 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. Sliders off the dining area lead to the furnished deck with outdoor grille, overlooking a manicured yard. The second floor renders a spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and renovated en-suite bath. A third bedroom on the main floor has 2 well furnished twin beds and a renovated bath across the hall. Additional amenities include outdoor shower & WIFI.

A cleaning fee of $250 is included in the price.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
