The living room features quality furnishings by Joybird, a 65-inch flatscreen TV with YouTube TV service, and a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. The dining area is anchored by a Solid Acacia Wood table seating eight, while the large eat-in kitchen boasts quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, and a Breville espresso machine, making it a dream for any home chef.

The entertainment continues on the lower level, equipped with a brand-new Brunswick 7-foot pool table, a queen pull-out sofa bed by Joybird, another 65-inch TV, and a 2-person infrared sauna with Bluetooth speakers for your favorite music. You will have access to everything and nothing is shared. Our parcel of land is .90 acres and goes rectangle towards the water, this would be yours to use.

We will provide 3 kayaks, 1 canoe and 2 paddleboards

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
• Guest making the reservation must be over 25 (unless they are children with a family). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
• No smoking in the house. If you smoke on the porch, close the windows
• No fireworks or other illegal activities. We will send the police to remove you from our home if you light fireworks
• Parking is limited to 4 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
• The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
• Quiet hours is from 10pm-8am
• NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
• Respect the neighbors
• Remove shoes/boots at the door.
