If you like to spend the cold months in a warm and inviting climate, then this is your place away from home. This place rents with a 30 day minimum, so plan soon to spend your months somewhere wonderful.

Situated in a perfect location with easy access to downtown, airport, shopping, restaurants, casinos, and the night life that Palm Springs in known for, this charming and spacious 1 Bedroom Upper Story Unit is well equipped for your every need (Sorry, no elevator). Less than a mile from parks, churches, libraries, coffee houses, and "The Palm Springs Strip".

Comfortably sleeps 2 people, with a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Ample dining area with seating for 6 (in case guests drop by). Vibrant colors and fun, lively decor accent the eclectic accommodations. Fully furnished with all kitchen and bath amenities. New walk-in tiled shower with rainforest showerhead and upgraded bathroom hardware installed. Bright and sunny with Spacious design and good flow, this unit has anything you might want, built for comfort and to offer a pampered getaway. Flat screen TVs, DVD player, Bose sound system, Free Wi-Fi, Phone with International Calling included (Canada/Mexico), Basic Cable included and Netflix/Amazon ready. Central air conditioning and heating, with room fans throughout. Clean and private, with a spacious balcony overlooking one of three pools, hot tubs, and sun decks. Huge walk-in closet and more storage space than most units of this size. This unit is located in the heart of the complex and is quite private, located in a well kept residential neighborhood. Barbecue area and well maintained workout room on premises and available to guests. One Off-street covered parking space for your vehicle, with ample street parking for guests and visitors. New washer and dryer installed in the unit for your convenience! Absolutely no inside smoking is allowed in this unit. No pets allowed at this time..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The condo was just steps from the pool and hot tub. The condo is bright and roomy with a good sized balcony. The condo complex itself is very tidy and secure. Our host, Doug, was very thorough with the phone “check -in”. He very quickly remedied the appliance issue we had. Grocery stores are nearby and it is only a short walk downtown to restaurants and shops. Hiking trails are relatively close by as well.

Well located, well appointed accommodation

The place was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for your stay. Lots of everything so that you can host a group.

Bright cheery oasis in the desert

Bright cheery decor. Kitchen had everything and more than I needed. Host is very helpful and responded quickly. Complex has several pools and hot tubs. Close to Palm Springs restaurants and shopping. Great location for cycling and hiking. Pleasant neighborhood, close to Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope houses.

Perfect getaway

The property was superb!! Doug was awesome to work with. He was very helpful. The condo was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. We felt very much at home. Everyone in the complex was friendly.

Great Stay

Doug was a great host. He was always available for any questions. The condo had plenty of space for two and was conveniently located to downtown restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home. The pool and hot tub were great and located directly outside the condo. If we make it back to Palm Springs again, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Doug!

Comfortable & Well Equipped

Doug was a great host to communicate with. The condo feels like a home with personal touches and everything you would need. The complex is a converted apartment community, so if close neighbors is a concern this might not be your place. But, I found the condo to be quiet and everyone I met there was friendly and greet each other. I would definitely stay again.

Emplacement parfait superbe appartement spa

We had the pleasure to stay at Dougs apartment for 1 1/2 month from January till mid February. The apartment is very comfortable,nicely designed ,clean and funkadelicly decorated ,the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and more,all you need for everyday cooking . the bed comfy but very very high a step was definitely needed as well as ear plugs since street traffic was busy. Rest assured,this Well appointed clean apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood,near all the points of interests. A designated car port spot was practical as well as the small carts to weel everything in,thanks Doug for being so thoughtful!Also Enjoyed the heated jacuzzi right in front of the appartement a definite plus! Doug has everything planned and gives great over the phone walk through so you will know how everything works. In Palm Springs do not miss the Forever Marilyn statue,the babies,the Art museum,the Indian Canyon trails,the shopping district,the Art district,the houses at movie Colony,the aerial tram is also a must.Enjoy the fantastic mid century architecture everywhere,the tiki bars,the saguaro hotel,the copley restaurant…enjoy! Dougs place is close to it all!

Just what we needed!

This condo was a perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy our month’s stay in Palm Springs. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a central location close to shopping, restaurants and downtown. The condo has a very livable floor plan and lots of room. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for meal preparation. Probably the best stocked condo we have ever rented. As a host, Doug is available and super easy to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. We liked the every Thursday night Town Faire when the Main Street in downtown Palm Springs is closed to car traffic and filled with venders and specialty foods. We especially enjoyed having one of the three spas and pools just in front our our stairs and balcony. The balcony is a nice size and faces North providing comfortable use all day. There is an assigned covered parking spot which was very helpful and convenient. I also appreciated the in unit washer and dryer. Every morning we enjoyed a walk on the walking/biking path just out from the condo complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return!

Excellent property! Excellent value!

We’ve stayed at 4 properties in Palm Springs and this was our favourite. Fully equipped! There wasn’t anything we needed. Doug was prompt with all communication.

Palm Springs

This condo was in a safe quite place. Super close to downtown and hiking trails. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Doug is one in a million. He was always quick to respond and gave a thorough review of all of the amenities.

Great space/ Great location

Doug was very easy to communicate with. Access to the condo was easy. Loved the location as we could take 20 minute walks to downtown and the grocery stores. The condo was tastefully furnished, clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. Having a washer/dryer on site was very helpful for a long stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

Everything as promised.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was easy and extremely helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the guided tour by phone provided by the host was so helpful. The apartment was immaculate and very well appointed; everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The location was quite central with easy access. We would definitely stay again.

Dougs place in Palm Springs

Dougs condo was great for me after a long day of work. It has everything you need to feel at home when your ready to relax or cook a meal. The condos location is close to everything. Thanks Doug.

We felt like we had come home!

Thank you Doug for allowing us to enjoy your home for Jan/Feb! It did not feel like the norm for a vacation rental - your home had interesting art and unique decor. Your kitchen was stocked with every possible kind of utensils, appliance, pots/pans, etc... and truly amazing, it also had Mikasa Wine Glasses!! Your condo is very close to downtown shopping and many restaurants. Our favorite - Copley's. Also very close to the airport. We joined the Palm Springs Fitness center which was just down the block. Thanks Doug for keeping us in the loop for parking lot repairs and water shut off notices. The hot tub just down the stairs from your unit was very convenient! The washer / dryer was very nice in the unit! We would return in a heartbeat should we decide to stay in Palm Springs again.

Perfect Palm Springs Condo!

This condo has everything! Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Close to everything in Palm Springs: the street fair on Thurs. night, great museums on the strip and close to the Indian Canyons for hiking. Jacuzzi at the bottom of the stairway and an extremely comfortable bed. The best thing may be the stackable washer and dryer in the closet! Literally take your clothes off, put them in The washer, no bending over to put them in the dryer and then hang them up! Totally awesome! This is truly a fabulous, well stocked and brightly decorated condo. We loved it! And Doug....a most fabulous host. He has thought of everything and then some! Can't wait to stay again! Great stay, beautiful apartment.

Overall I had a great stay, only downfall was that the laundry wasn't inside the apartment itself. On the other hand that meant I built up some strength lugging my clothes to and from the laundry room 😊

Thanks for your response, Shalane. We listened! As of a week ago, we now have a washer and dryer installed. No more working out those leg muscles for laundry runs! There is a new walk-in tiled shower with a rain forest shower head, too. All good things.

I have been a traveler to many places (including this spot in Spain), but I always enjoyed spending time in Palm Springs. After college in California, I settled in Oregon, but I have a warm spot in my heart for my little place in the heart of Palm Springs.

I liked the location and how close to everything it is. But it is far enough away from the Strip to be quiet and comfortable. The area is nice and well kept, and it is a nice residential neighborhood.
