EACH unit has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four.
PRICES LISTED INCLUDE BOTH UNITS, as we do not rent units separately.

The DUPLEX is positioned in an extremely convenient location, yet very peaceful and quiet. Within a block are numerous local eateries, a walk-up smoothie bar, local surf shop for surfboard, bicycle and kayak rentals, and a trolley stop for vehicle free trips into the charming Old City.

This OCEANFRONT DUPLEX is less than 1 mile from Grocery stores and Starbucks, 10 minutes or less from the Historic District where you will find numerous fine and casual dining options, art galleries, antique shoppes, Historic sites, the infamous “St. George Street” for eclectic local shopping and events, and much more.

There are only a few Oceanfront houses in this most highly sought after part of St. Augustine Beach, and this is one of them!

Our OCEANFRONT DUPLEX features two large upper and lower decks, two living areas, two kitchens, two indoor dining areas, two outdoor dining areas, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and private parking for a maximum of 4 midsize vehicles.

The panoramic decks offer stunning views of the ocean and dunes, and provide chaise lounges and umbrella for sunbathing, as well as additional seating areas for alfresco dining, socializing, relaxing and stargazing! Step off the lower deck onto our private sandy path that leads you right to the water.

The two living areas include large High Definition televisions, and each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. 6 TV’s in total, all with premium HD cable access. Ultra fast, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi is available through out the house, and on the decks as well.

The two designer kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, which include refrigerators, electric ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves, plus granite countertops. An outdoor charcoal grill is also provided.

The 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor and include two oceanfront Master bedrooms, with ultra-comfortable king beds and two additional bedrooms, with plush queen beds.

There are 4 bathrooms, two on the upper levels and two split bathrooms on the lower levels. The lower level facilities include sink, vanity and toilet rooms, plus two enclosed beachside tropical showers complete with changing rooms for additional guest comfort. 2 sets of full size washers and dryers are also provided.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided for your waterfront leisure, as well as outdoor showers for rinsing off upon your return.

The Beach can be accessed directly across our oceanfront dune. However, St. Augustine Beach asks that visitors use one of the numerous beach access points. A flat, City managed beach access is just 15 yards away on A street, and leads directly to the beach. Our guests may choose either option. If opting to cross our dune, guests are asked to utilize our established path to minimize environmental impact.

We do not rent the house for weddings, receptions, etc. or to college groups under the age of 25. Violations of occupancy and/or pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Security cameras are in use for the parking and backyard areas of the property.

4 night minimum stay. Summer weeks are weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday.
