THIS HOUSE IS IN THE ABSOLUTELY BEST LOCATION, bar none!

Tucked into a unique private location, this direct OCEANFRONT DUPLEX is rented as one spacious 4-bedroom house, and sleeps up to 8.

EACH unit has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four.
PRICES LISTED INCLUDE BOTH UNITS, as we do not rent units separately.

The DUPLEX is positioned in an extremely convenient location, yet very peaceful and quiet. Within a block are numerous local eateries, a walk-up smoothie bar, local surf shop for surfboard, bicycle and kayak rentals, and a trolley stop for vehicle free trips into the charming Old City.

This OCEANFRONT DUPLEX is less than 1 mile from Grocery stores and Starbucks, 10 minutes or less from the Historic District where you will find numerous fine and casual dining options, art galleries, antique shoppes, Historic sites, the infamous ā€œSt. George Streetā€ for eclectic local shopping and events, and much more.

There are only a few Oceanfront houses in this most highly sought after part of St. Augustine Beach, and this is one of them!

Our OCEANFRONT DUPLEX features two large upper and lower decks, two living areas, two kitchens, two indoor dining areas, two outdoor dining areas, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and private parking for a maximum of 4 midsize vehicles.

The panoramic decks offer stunning views of the ocean and dunes, and provide chaise lounges and umbrella for sunbathing, as well as additional seating areas for alfresco dining, socializing, relaxing and stargazing! Step off the lower deck onto our private sandy path that leads you right to the water.

The two living areas include large High Definition televisions, and each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. 6 TVā€™s in total, all with premium HD cable access. Ultra fast, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi is available through out the house, and on the decks as well.

The two designer kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, which include refrigerators, electric ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves, plus granite countertops. An outdoor charcoal grill is also provided.

The 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor and include two oceanfront Master bedrooms, with ultra-comfortable king beds and two additional bedrooms, with plush queen beds.

There are 4 bathrooms, two on the upper levels and two split bathrooms on the lower levels. The lower level facilities include sink, vanity and toilet rooms, plus two enclosed beachside tropical showers complete with changing rooms for additional guest comfort. 2 sets of full size washers and dryers are also provided.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided for your waterfront leisure, as well as outdoor showers for rinsing off upon your return.

The Beach can be accessed directly across our oceanfront dune. However, St. Augustine Beach asks that visitors use one of the numerous beach access points. A flat, City managed beach access is just 15 yards away on A street, and leads directly to the beach. Our guests may choose either option. If opting to cross our dune, guests are asked to utilize our established path to minimize environmental impact.

This premium location puts you in the HEART of everything St. Augustine Beach has to offer. Our guests love it here, with many returning to visit again and again!

Security cameras are in use for the parking and backyard areas of the property.

4 night minimum stay. Summer weeks are weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday.

This was the first time we have ever done a VRBO vacation, and all I can say was our Thanksgiving Holiday with our son who lives in St. Augustine was perfect. The rental was cozy, clean and just felt really homey to all of us. The amenities and the close proximity to restaurants and shopping was perfect for all of our needs. Looking forward to doing it again.

The place was really nice and clean. It had a "felt like home" feel to it. The pictures were accurate. What you see it what you get. The location was great. We are looking forward to booking it again

A Location!

We loved this property! It is right in the heart of SAB, but you would never know it judging by how quiet it was. Beautifully decorated, all beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor showers! We spend a lot of time on the upper deck where we had breathtaking sunrise views daily. The duplex was the perfect arrangement for us and our grown kids. A good time was had by all. The ONLY thing that wasnā€™t fabulous was the tight parking, but there is nothing that can be done about that. We were able to fit 4 vehicles in; however if you have a larger vehicle or truck I would recommend parking in the lot down the street. A big thank you to our host for providing a lovely vacation spot! Highly recommend!!

Parking is terrible. Barely enough room to maneuver one full size vehicle. Advertised as 4 parking spacesā€¦maybe for golf carts. Barely enough room to get through the adjoining houseā€™s parking area to this unit.

Perfect multi generational get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The location is fantastic. Beautiful beach views from the upper deck and you feel like you are in your own little oasis on the lower deck. The hosts were also great to work with. Would definitely return!!

We recently spent 4 nights at this property. It was everything we expected. Great location, great place to stay. Duplex was a perfect fit for my family. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time in St. Augustine and would defiantly look into this rental again.
