This beautiful five bedroom home is located on the sound-side in Nags Head with your own private pool and hot tub, rec room with air hockey table & foosball table, TVs and WIFI .

View the wonderful surroundings on one of the many covered decks. The screened in porch just off the dining room area is the perfect place to enjoy a tasty meal with your family. This home is the perfect place to create many wonderful vacation memories.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Great house but dirty.

House was great but whoever is supposedly cleaning the place isn't. Found dirty bathrooms and used washcloth was left hanging on shower in master bath upstairs. Stove hadn't been cleaned and kitchen counters were obviously not wiped down. Can't really get comfortable in a place where you feel filthy. Had to get supplies to clean before we even settled in.

New Yorkers first vacation in OBX. Whole family loved it! Convenient to everything. Although you could park close to beach it was an easy walk with kids to the beach. House had everything! Beautiful views, stocked kitchen, phone call to realty for hot tub instructional use, plenty of common areas in house. Three levels allowed family of 8 to spread out nicely. House, pool and hot tub were all very clean! Great rental for the price. Easy access to great Duck restaurants, Corolla beaches for wild mustang tours, state parks, kayaking on bay, and 5 min from family fishing tours. Only down side was the proximity to the main road. Noise may bother some but had a great experience and would rent this house in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house & weather ! Enjoyed the pool and beach! Hot tub was way to hot to get in and temperature would not stay down. Upon arrival, the house was dirty. Mold in bathrooms, food and dirt/grass on the floor , floors were not cleaned at all. Dirty pans in the oven, and dirty Tupperware under cabinets. Cat hair on furniture and in kitchen (although it states no pets allowed). And there is no place to store food. We were not supplied with wash clothes or dish towels. Besides the mess, we loved the home.

We enjoyed our stay, nice house and good location. 3 minute drive to the ocean and sound beach access. It was to cool to use the pool all days but one sadly. We could not have asked for a more beautiful week. Weather was clear and sunny everyday in the high 70s. Unfortunately we had a lot of critters around. But I believe that was due to the weather breaking. Beds were okay, no king sized bed which was a bummer.

Terrific location and great house. A few things were disappointing. The grill was disgusting.

Very comfortable living area and loved the second floor porch. Would have liked a broom closet near the kitchen. The house needs more big bowls and more silverware. Also the porch off the kitchen is almost useless as the table takes up too much space. Loved the outdoor shower and the rooms were very comfortable. Overall it was a great house. The app also made everything really really simple!! Thank you!

This is a wonderful house. It is decorated so nice, and the furniture and beds were comfortable.Lots of dvd's, books and games to use also. All 6 of us had a wonderful time, beautiful weather, close to the beach, and sound. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the house. We will be back next year.

Needs to be better maintained

We had an issue with roaches going across the floor. Although the realty company sent someone out right away to spray, my 3 year old was very upset. There was a written description to utilize the remotes for the TV and sound system. They were not accurate. The remotes they indicated either were not the right brand, didn't have batteries, didn't have the associated equipment. With several days of rain and small children, we were very frustrated with trying to figure all that out. They had a least 6 remotes and only 2 were needed for the tv and the cable box. The sound system didn't work nor did we have the correct remote. The grill thankfully was gas/freestanding but was so dirty we couldn't use it. The outdoor mats were so deteriorated. An umbrella to provide shade would have been helpful.

The photos don't do it justice, this house is amazing! We booked a little late so didn't have many to choose from... but we ended up being pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We did not expect it to be as wonderful as it was. The third floor layout is great for a big group with the kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room. There's a nice screened in porch overlooking the pool area and another porch in the front where you can see the ocean. The bottom floor was great for the kids with a couch and living space for them to hang out. The sound really doesn't travel from floor to floor either which is nice. The front porch hammock and swing is awesome too! The house, pool, and hot tub were all in great shape and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook several big meals (except for a crockpot... but no biggie). Walk to the beach is NOT bad at all... and we had a lot of kids and gear to take along. And for baby families: there is a small pack n play and a high chair which aren't

My vacation was more than expected. The location was perfect. When I arrived at the House, it was clean and well stocked. I was surprised to see, it had anything we needed to prepare meals, for a large family. The pool and hot tub, was wonderful. With 2 beaches walking distance, was beautiful. While the young people ran and had fun, older members enjoyed the 3 porches. I have rented homes before, but this one, was breath taken. The reaction with my family was, we do not know how you will top this next year. My thoughts were, I would love this same place next year. Thanks for having 3 generations,in your home.

June 2015 Stay

My sisters and I had a great week spending time together with all of our children. The location was perfect for our older teens. The house layout was ideal for separating younger kids during the night hours when the rest of us wanted to play cards and not have to worry about being a little loud. I usually stay on the ocean and was very pleased when I was able to see the ocean from the windows! The walk to the beach wasn't so bad due to the sidewalks with a traffic light The house was very clean and kept up. My sisters and their families have never visited the outer banks and liked it so much that they now want to start a summer tradition. .
