Clean and convenient
It is clean and convenient. However, needs curtains in front bedroom to keep bright sunlight out. Master bedroom could use another curtain to cover window. There weren't any coffee mugs for the coffee maker. All of the plates and such were new, so stickers were still on and they hadn't been cleaned. Needed a few more towels and bath mats for when we get out of the shower. The walls are very thin so you can hear each other snoring. The neighbors next to the master bedroom decided to mow at 8am Sunday morning right by the window. The listing needs to be updated. There isn't a gym, no blender, no electric kettle, and no toaster. The a/c was set to 80 when we go there and took a LONG time to cool down. There also isn't a coin operated laundry, but there is a really nice washer & dryer. It was nice to have dishsoap, dishwasher soap, washing machine soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Communication with owner is a bit slow. Check out procedures were sent the night before. I usually get them right away or there is a list at the property. If there were a few tweaks made this would be a nice property to return to except not sure about the neighbors mowing that early in the morning. Great restaurants in the area!
