Welcome, come experience the best of Salt Lake City in this unique and charming apartment with secure entry and private free parking. We are minutes from Downtown and have quick access to freeways that take you to Utah's finest ski resorts. We are walking distance from grocery stores and also a few blocks from local eateries, well-known food chains, local city parks, the University of Utah, entertainment, Primary Children's Hospital, and everything else. Enjoy this safe and cozy space, which features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains in each room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Classic wood trim throughout the large open living room leads to a large balcony. Guests can enjoy amenities like Google Fiber. Central-Air offers heating and cooling. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, including pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, a coffee maker, and more! We had a great stay at this VRBO. It was a great location to anywhere we needed to go. It was nice to have a little more space to spread out with having our two kids with us. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing. I have stayed in at least 40 other VRBO's in Salt Lake City over the years. This is by far the best location, price, perfect space for 2-4 people. It was clean and had lot's of extra supplies/games/cooking supplies etc. Best to stay on the top floor.

This was a great place to stay. Host had provided all the essentials plus some thoughtful treats when we arrived. Walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend if visiting SLC!

We loved staying in this lovely, roomy apartment! It was so comfortable, clean and very nicely appointed. The location was in a lovely neighborhood, close to wonderful restaurants and stores. Our host, Misty, was so gracious and helpful! We will be back next time we’re in Salt Lake!

The unit was nice. There was enough room for us and the kids to move around and relax after days out. The driveway is tight and there is a dip exiting the drive so larger vehicles amd low sitting vehicles would need to use street parking.

All good. Host was awesome. Only little downside is due to it being an older building, you can hear the neighbors footsteps on the wood floors. One neighbor was a very early riser and it disrupted sleep a bit. But the place was great otherwise.

Cute place!!! Perfect location ,Close to a lot of things. Communication and helpfulness was on point. When I return, I would stay again. This location is more for a grown crowd , not kids in my opinion… but that JUST my opinion. Thank you for your hospitality
