Located 20 minutes drive time to Disney's Animal Kingdom our beautiful air conditioned Executive Luxury 4 Bedroom 2 bathroom villa is situated 3 minutes from the popular hwy US192 close to all the attractions and restaurants and sleeps 8 plus infant, that makes this villa a great place for Guests.

Beautiful Private Heated Pool, with underwater light for the evening, fully screened, with luxury patio furniture and sunbeds, table and relaxing chairs provided to dine outside.

There is a covered lovely lanai for when the sun gets too hot or to stay sitting out when the occasional thunderstorm hits.

Games room with free pool table, free table tennis and free electronic dartboard.

The Villa also boasts free high speed WiFi and internet access.

The home features a Lounge Area with two new 3 seater Sofas with ample seating, occasional tables and entertainment center with 47” LCD TV and TV's in all bedrooms with live channels, movie channels and streaming, plus the opportunity for guests with their own Hula and Netflix accounts able to access their favourites.

Our Villa is beautifully carpeted throughout the lounge and all bedrooms.

Free use of baby equipment including crib / travel cot, high chair, high seat, disney stroller and cooler.

Fully equipped Kitchen....so everything you need for that gourmet meal... including cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice making facilities, cookware.

We also provide a washer and dryer free for your use too.

A Breakfast Bar with 4 luxury breakfast chairs gives additional luxury seating for a quick ‘bite to eat’ or morning coffee.

A Formal Dining Area seating 5 people for that quiet evening in, is located just to the front of the kitchen.

The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, overlooking the Pool Area, plus the En-suite Bathroom offers access from the pool for added convenience. There is also an additional Queen Room, two Twin Bedrooms (one a disney bedroom) and a Family Bathroom.

Pool Heat can be provided at an additional cost of £25 per day.

For bookings less than 7 days there is an exit cleaning fee of £90.
