Cozy, tranquil condo right next to the beach. There is a large pool right outside your door where you can view great sunsets and relax. There are other nearby beaches to visit as well as restaurants all within driving distance. This place offers a quiet getaway from the regular tourist areas, while still getting the beautiful Costa Rican experience. Short 30 minute drive to popular Tamarindo beach, and only 1hr 15min from the Liberia airport. Because the road conditions can be unpredictable during the rainy season, we recommend a 4 wheel drive car if you are staying between June to November. The dirt road is only about 1 1/2 miles long.

smooth,easy check in, directions; spacious, great beach, clean pool, beautiful grounds and landscaping, quiet at night, close enough to hear the waves, very comfortable bed, AC works great, TV with youtube etc, good wifi, fully equipped kitchen, good shower, security on site, felt safe to wander about.

The condo is so lovely and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed, and the most comfortable, luxurious beds. The beach is wild and deserted- not a swimming beach. But good for dipping and frolicking in the waves and taking long walks. . Just gorgeous. Great pool. Host Anna was a delight. And Available when we needed help finding our way as night was falling by the time we arrived. Would love to go back

Great stay!

We had a great time at Anna's property. This was my second time visiting. It's a great spot (somewhat remote, but that's part of the appeal) with a beautiful pool and beach. The property is quiet and everyone is very friendly. Anna was super accommodating and very responsive. Would recommend!

Tranquil Beach Front Property

Amazing!! Anna’s property is very comfortable and clean. We were only steps from the wonderful pool and just a few steps further was the beach where we enjoyed amazing morning walks. The property is so quiet. The only sounds we hear is the crash of the surf and the birds singing. We will definitely want to stay at this property again!!

Family Vacation

Relaxing stay in a clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed condo. Beautiful empty beach, fun tide pools with critters and fish, excellent swimming pool. There are a couple of easy to Reach restaurants and we had a great stay.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view to the ocean and amazing pool.

The house is perfect for 4-6 people… very nice place… amazing sunsets and beach views. Definitely I would like to be back soon.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is very well taken care of and the condo very well stocked with everything you need. This is a very quiet spot away from the tourist crowds. There are some very good restaurants nearby. Thank you for having us.

Relax-Steps to the Beach

Beautiful, tranquil, well-equipped condo. If you want peace and recharge, this is the place to go. It is a little off the beaten path but well worth it. Great restaurants are within 20 minutes from the condo, and the beach is a few steps from your front door.

Wonderful spot

Well stocked, spacious unit in a fantastic spot. Las Brisas is right on a beautiful beach with a large pool. Since there are only 18 condos there the pool is never crowded. Great restaurants nearby and the sunsets are indescribably beautiful. The worst part was having to leave

Beautiful Beach condo

COuldn't get any closer to a beautiful, quiet beach. The codo complex is small, only 18 units, we felt like we had the place to ourselves most days. Pool is huge. Small community of Junquillal with some great restaurants close by.

Wonderful, carefree.

Right from the get go, Anna was responsive and helpful. The condo and location was ideal for our family of four. One of the best stocked kitchens I've ever rented, amazing access to pool, beach - and multiple day trips and good restaurants a short drive away.

Absolutely perfect location on our favorite beach. Condo was clean and the king bed was very comfortable which is unusual for Costa Rica :-). We had to change our checkout plans nearly last minute and Anna was was fantastic. Thank you!

Beautiful relaxing week

Our family goal was met: We had a beautiful and relaxing week!! We were positively surprised by all the features we found in this beach front 2 bedrooms apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, both bathrooms full of towels, all beds really confortable. The first floor location was super convenient, the pool was pleasantly warm, and the extensive beach was almost only for us and the surrounding wild life. All the staff were super responsive and kind. This place is greatly quiet, and definitely kids and family friendly. We loved our staying.

What a wonderful place to stay.

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Access to the beach and the pool is great. The landscaping is delightful. You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction and see only a few other people. Great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. This is our third visit to Las Brisas, and it's always a treat. We'll be back. The owner was helpful and kept in touch. A special experience.

Above and beyond!

Both the property manager and the beach front place were above and behind anything we could ever have dreamed of! Anna let us in earlier to help with a sticky situation, she was in great communication and so kind! We arrived to a beautiful, fully appointed, everything we'r needed there! Paradise is an understatement. Magical sunsets, amazing views, sweet village. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay in Playa Junquillal was fabulous.

Our host was courteous and extremely professional. We arrived to an impeccably clean, private and secluded condo with a celebratory bottle of Champagne. The condo is nestled between the Pacific Ocean and a quiet estuary so long walks on the beach were tranquil and beautiful. Evening sunsets were the highlight of our day and the local dining was creative and fresh especially Mundo Milo that was 5 star. I would return again without hesitation. Thank you Anna for sharing your Costa Rican paradise with us.

You will fall in love with Playa Juanquall

This is our 3rd time visiting CR from USA. And our first time using VRBO. From the moment I found the listing, Anne has been amazing. You definitely need a 4x4 rental. If you are looking for a quiet place on the beach, this is it. We saw the turtle release one night. Gorgeous sunsets and amazing people you will meet. We woke up to the Monkeys and Jonathan (the property manager)took care of everything. Our family made some amazing memories.

This place is a gem!

Beautiful and well appointed beachfront condo. We have been to the area many times, and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. We loved having the pool, in addition to the beach, and all of the neighbors we met were very nice. The unit itself is quite well appointed. If you like to cook (as we do) you will find everything you need as far as utensils, pots, pans, etc. We had plenty of beach towels, as well as extras for the bath and kitchen. Everything was fresh and clean, and the AC worked great! Host was easy to communicate with. All in all, everything worked great. We will definitely be returning to this VRBO. Would recommend renting a car with good clearance for the last stretch of dirt road.
