The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street.

The Townsend Inlet section of Sea Isle is a short ride away from amusements, golf, water parks, the Cape May County zoo, and casinos and shows in Atlantic City.

This home is a Top/Bottom Duplex. Rental is for the lower floor, which is up one flight of stairs. (Ground level has parking, laundry, outdoor shower, shared storage for tenant use- beach equipment/bikes, )

Towels and bed linens are not provided. Highchair is available upon request.

While tenants are responsible for cleaning the unit (sweeping, wiping, emptying trash, etc, unless choosing the additional cleaning fee of $175), we hire a service between each tenant who will ensure that the house is cleaned for every guest.
