Welcome to The Miner’s Lodge! This luxury lodge just built in 2024 is perfect for multiple families or friends to gather, celebrate life, holidays, and create lifetime memories, and adventures.

Located in the Allegheny Mountains, Alpine Lake is a gated Four Season's Resort.
With amenities such as an award winning 18 Hole Golf Course (addt’l fee), Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Private 155 acre Lake with a private lakefront beach, BBQ pit and picnic tables, and ready for swimming, fishing, kayaking (April-September) also has tennis, and pickle ball courts.
The Clubhouse offers The Main restaurant The Evergreen and The Laker’s Lounge a “pub style” restaurant and bar/lounge.
In the winter you can go cross country skiing and sledding.

We built The Miner’s Lodge on an open floor plan concept design with the kitchen, dining, and living room areas in one room along with the magnificent natural stone wall extending up to 25’ floor to ceiling windows to allow natural light, and enjoy the pristine lake view from the expansive deck.

Well equipped kitchen ideal for cooking great meals with plenty of seating for everyone.
Gather around the beautiful wood burning fireplace while listening to your favorite vinyl records (byo) or stream your music on the smart tv or just snuggle to watch a movie after a long day of hiking or skiing at Wisp Ski Resort just 30-40 minutes away.

For your convenience, we supply you with a starter kit of toilet paper , paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher detergent. There are 2 stores within 15 minutes in Terra Alta or Super Walmart within 25m in Oakland which offers grocery delivery.


GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
Your rental agreement and ID verification are sent within 24 hours of booking. If the rental agreement and ID verification are not completed within 24hours upon receipt. Reservation will be cancelled . No exceptions.

PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 28 years of age to rent The Miner’s Lodge and be present during the whole stay.

DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY POLICY:
There is a non refundable fee of $75 for EACH REGISTERED DOG per reservation - LIMIT OF 2 DOGS OR $100 per DAY for each UNREGISTERED DOG -
Guest are required and responsible for registering their dogs up to before CHECK IN TIME .
Guest are required to clean after their dogs mess inside and outside the property .Guest are required, and MUST clean after their dog’s poop. A metal canister with a lid and poop bags are provided outside the property for disposal of poop ( MUST be bagged), and a $50 FEE will be charged per each clean up.
Damage insurance does NOT cover pet damage and guest will be responsible for any extra cleaning caused by excessive pet hair , slabber , messes and damage caused by a registered or unregistered dog. .For your convenience the property has 1 Medium & 1 Large kennel per prior request.
Please use provided waterproof dog blankets and sofa covers if they will be on the furniture.
Dog beds are provided, a Medium, and a Large one per prior request .
