HARBOUR TOWER 711 allows you to enjoy the sparkling waters below from this Sanibel Harbour Vacation Rental Condo. Professionally decorated with a wrap around balcony and sunset views that you will fall in love with, the balcony can be enclosed with glass doors to expand the living space or just enjoy the sunshine without the weather elements. The color theme is cool and bright in a tropical - seaside montif. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, and in the Guest bedroom you'll find one twin and one double bed. There is a sofa sleeper in living room. A very popular Sanibel Harbour rental with upgrades in the kitchen and throughout. You'll fall in love the the view of the Gulf Coast's stunning features.

Neighborhood: Located just before the Sanibel Causeway bridge, the Sanibel Harbour location is perfect for exploring both Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach as well as the city of Fort Myers. Enjoy the restaurants next door at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott as well!

Guest Interaction: Your arrival instructions will be emailed to you in order to access your Vacation Rental, allowing for a self guided experience. If you choose to need our services, we offer an office on site at both the Bay View Tower and the Harbour Tower.

Quick Beach Trip

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this well equipped condo with a view. Nice to be in between Cape Coral, Sanibel and Ft Myers with great access to beaches. The view from the balcony was amazing. I would recommend this property to couples and families.

Relax and unwind

View great, not enough good knifes for cooking,breville great, we have one at home and love it for two people and repeats, master bedroom great, pool and hot tub wonderful as well as sunsets.the staff was very accommodating to meet our needs. Will be back again.

Wonderful Condo in Wonderful Location

We had a great time in this corner unit condo on 7th Floor. The place was clean, had a great view, a screened porch which kept the critters out, very good AC and was nicely appointed throughout. Bring your own TP, paper towels, dishwasher-laundry soap as they provide very little. Also, a broom would have been nice. But hey, it was a great place overall. Was really nice having access to the next door Marriot. Will return if we get a chance!

We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We provide a starter kit with items to get our guests going, typically enough for a 3-4 night stay. Brooms, mops, and vacuums can usually be found either in the guest room closet or in the utility closet. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient yet peaceful location and hope to welcome you back soon!

Great "Winter" Vacation spot

We have spent a February week for two years in a row at Harbour Tower 711. Great view from the lanai/balcony, that faces southwest toward the causeway to Sanibel, and the river/bay leading to the Gulf. Condo is well equipped with plenty of room for two couples. A king bedroom, and in the other bedroom a regular size bed and a single. Washer and dryer in the condo. The pool is adequately sized, seldom crowded, and kept at a very comfortable temperature. No problem getting chairs around the pool. Proximity to the Marriott resort gives restaurant options, and there are many other good options within a 10-15 drive. Golf nearby at Shell Point retirement community is open to the public, with the best grass I have ever played on in Florida. Advantage of location is that there is no traffic wait to drive out to Sanibel, as the exit from the resort is immediately beside the toll booth to the causeway. Will return again in the future.

What a beautiful view is a beautiful city. Building was solid and clean. It was very quiet in the Sanibel Harbor Condos which we loved. I had no idea we had access to the Marriott’s amenities as well which was a pleasant surprise! We had a wonderful vacation and met the nicest people

Lovely condo with great view

The condo was great and we loved the view. Perfect location to watch the sunset from the balcony. The dining room chairs have something sticky on the tops of then and when you touch them black stuff gets on your hands that is difficult to wash off. Other than that minor issue, it was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place to relax

I love the place and the area to be in family .The apartment has everything that you need to relax.Food places around 5 minutes the beach area is 5 to 10 minutes ,also my kids loved the place .

Beautiful, quiet , and right next the to bay

We had a wonderful time at this beach front condo. The patio was amazing and had great views to relax and drink your morning cup of joe. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
