Best family vacation!

This property was very clean, close to everything! We walked to the beach everyday and got there in no time. There are beach toys, a wagon, chairs and umbrella so you are set up if you have kids! We will be coming back next year! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Place on the 30A

We loved our stay here, we arrived later than expected because of a delayed flight, we were tired and a little lost when we arrived and had a hard time finding it, that was our fault, it was late! When we arrived we were pleased to see the place was beautiful, clean, quiet and perfect for our trip. We felt right at home.

Weekend Getaway

The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was exactly as the listing stated and extremely clean. This is our favorite location on 30A, not overly crowded. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

First trip to Blue Mountain Beach

The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, and travel shampoos and body wash smell great and are a nice touch! It’s a very private, stand-alone unit steps from the pool. Beach access is walkable, but we rented a golf cart to get around. Parking was somewhat limited mid-morning at the beach access, and security does issue tickets for illegal parking. The beach area was more crowded than expected. Several wonderful restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Shunk Gulley, Blue Mabel, Red Fish Tacos and FOOW (Watercolor). Michelle was a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay!

This condo unit was neat and clean. The furnishings are welcoming and create a cozy atmosphere. The host has thought of every detail. Four adults stayed quite comfortably. The unit is conveniently located to the beach. It is just a short walk. The neighborhood is quiet. I would stay here again.

Girl's Trip to Beach

While I had previously stayed in this Condo, it was the first time for my friends. They were very impressed with all the comforts of home and the peacefull experience. The smallness of the village, the closeness of the beach, night music and the FOOD was over the top. Can't wait to visit again!!!

Wonderful Vacation

Condo is new, very clean, and comfortable. Complex and amenities also great. Traveling with 7 yr old daughter and twin 2 yr old boys, we encountered no hassles and would 100% book this condo again. Condo is convenient location to pool and quick walk to beach and nearby restaurants. We appreciated the condo’s beach chairs and wagon so we didn’t have to bring our own. We usually stay in Rosemary Beach area but Gulf Place/Blue Mountain is our new favorite. More relaxed and not as crowded. Nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and complimentary shampoo/conditioner. Comfortable beds too. Large open patio is kid friendly. We rented bikes and had fun riding around the area.

Great Location

This stand alone condo was great. It is in a gated community but not in the building with all the other condos so therefore very quite and private. Access to everything was very easy and the walk to the beach was a short distance. Overall we thought the place was great and would definitely recommend it.

What a wonderful vacation rental. Exceptionally clean, everything was updated, decorated beautifully. A great location, close to the beach and terrific restaurants. Anything you could possibly need for a day at the beach was provided and in great condition as well. Would definitely rent her again, without question.

Blue Mountain Beach Vacation

This was our first time staying in a condo and in Blue Mountain. The location was great. Quick 5-10 minute walk to beach, Pecan Jacks and Growler Garage. Condo was clean and accurate to the VRBO description. Owners quick to reply. Enjoyed another week on 30A.

Quiet Paradise

Santa Rosa is our favorite place to vacation and your condo has been our favorite place to stay. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We felt like we had our own little villa away from the other units. It was a perfect, quiet, paradise that we didn’t want to leave!

So thoughtfully furnished!

Michelle and Jim have furnished this delightful condo with so much thoughtful care: charging plugs by the bedside, coffee filters, beach chairs and umbrellas, makeup removal washcloths, stocked refrigerator, and on and on. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Nice pool, and short walk or bike ride to a nice public beach access point. Great restaurants nearby. We loved it!!

The most relaxing vacation ever

Fall Break!

We had a great relaxing stay at Michelle's condo. Steps from the pool and gym. Short walk/bike ride to beach. Michelle was very quick to respond to questions prior to arriving. Hope to go back soon.

Beautiful condo!

We were visiting Santa Rosa Beach for a wedding. This condo is in walking distance to Gulf Place and all it has to offer and a few block walk to the beach. The pool is steps away with plenty of beach chairs. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved that both bedrooms had very comfortable king size beds with a bathroom for each room. Check in and check out was easy peezy.

Great stay!

We evacuated for hurricane Ida and were lucky enough to rent this precious 2 bedroom unit on 30-A. The unit was impeccable and very comfortable. The location is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great stay!
