Tiki Beach unit 22. Wonderful unit directly on the beach. Best view on the gulf! We just updated this unit with new furniture, flooring, TV, new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, new stove, and updated bath. Come and relax on your own private balcony, looking out onto the beach and the gulf. This 1 bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, dresser, and flat screen TV with cable. Full bath, washer & dryer, and full kitchen with everything you would possibly need- ice maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, etc. This unit is open from the kitchen and looks out into the main living room and dining area. You have a beach view from the kitchen, living room and the balcony. This unit has WiFi, cable, phone, and 2 TVs with DVD players. The storage unit is filled with beach chairs, umbrella, wave boards, inflatables, and sand toys for your enjoyment. Reserved parking is right in front of the unit with room for two cars.

Great spot, located right on the beach. Conveniently located to reach Destin and Miramar as well. We really enjoyed our stay, all amenities worked as expected.

Beautiful view from this unit. The only downfall was the upstairs neighbors were VERY heavyfooted all hours of the day and night it felt like they were running races up there sometimes. Very annoying.

This property is the perfect beach spot. Extremely clean, nicely decorated and literally ON the beach. Close proximity to anything you want to do in the area, but you'll mostly want to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. Will stay here gain!

Great waterfront condo

Beautifully decorated waterfront condo was perfect for our snowbird winter getaway. Loved Okaloosa Island - quiet, relaxing, and just what we wanted. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, water was hot, and the view was perfect!

nice property if you want to be close to the ocean

Very close to water which was great. Unfortunately, the walls are so thin that I was unable to sleep the first few nights due to the people above us. They had young kids that were running up and down the hall well past midnight. Overall, the property was good.

Tiki 22 An awesome, beautiful one bedroom condo right on the beach.

We were here from July 9th thru the 12 th and left on the 13th. Tiki 22 is right on the beach. Beautifully decorated and very, very clean. We had reserved it for a week and had to leave after four relaxing days to attend a family funeral. Diane worked with us and was great to work with and delightful to speak with. The condo has everything you would need and more. Beautiful views of the beach from both the kitchen, living room and the porch. We enjoyed having coffee in the early morning and watched the beach goers setting up their spots on the beach just doorsteps away. At night we relaxed with a glass of wine on the porch and listened to the waves and enjoyed the ocean breezes. By far, a fantastic place to stay. There was a locked closet with everything you would need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. even though we brought our own beach stuff, it is awesome that Diane provided these items for her renters to use. There was an awesome fireworks show right off the pier rear we enjoyed right from the porch. It just could not get any better than this. We highly recommend Tiki 22 and plan on coming back here for quiet and relaxing getaways. You will not be disappointed. ❤️❤️

Wrap around weekend stay

It was perfect. From location, access of local restaurants and attractions and having the private beach access right outside the doorstep. Communication with the owner was easy and the check-in/check-out process was very detailed. We look forward to booking again in the future with Tiki Beach 22. Hopefully we’ll be able to spend more time!!

Hi I own Tiki Beach 32 and manage this unit, Tiki 22 . I worked in customer service for 15 years, and started renting condos and homes in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin area 12 years ago. All my units are very clean and well kept, and up to date. I will give you the best service and help you find a wonderful place to stay. Tiki Beach because there are only 9 units in the whole building. It's directly on the beach and you can't get better views than this. If you jump off the balcony you would land in the sand. The first time I opened the blinds and looked out I fell in love with this unit. Once you come to Tiki you will want to come back again and again.

When you stay at Tiki, even if you don't walk on the beach you are on the beach. You can enjoy watching the dolphins and the amazing sunsets from your own balcony. Can't get better than that! To access the beach, you walk down the stairs and have your own private walkway to the beach and a beach shower. It's only steps away. Come and see what you are missing. It's breathtaking!
