• No golf cart rentals or personal golf carts allowed per Harbor Island rules
• Photo ID may be required for check-in
• A 3.5% booking fee will be added to the total
• Condo is located on the second floor; building includes an elevator, but there are about 10 steps to reach it
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for your security (no indoor recording)

To access Harbor Island, a vehicle gate pass is required. Fees are non-refundable and collected after booking. Prices are per vehicle and set by the Harbor Island Owners Association (subject to change):
