25th Floor, Custom Designed, Sunrise Facing 3BR Unit at Turquoise

Paradise and unequaled luxury is waiting for you! Our custom-designed unit has 10-foot ceilings, upgraded LED Smart TVs, 3 large bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Two bedrooms have kings, a third bedroom has 2 fulls, and there is a queen-sized pullout in the living room. Each bedroom has its own upscale bathroom, and there is a half bath in the hallway. The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream with expansive granite countertops, and stainless appliances including a huge SubZero fridge/freezer, a five-burner gas stove, an oven with warming drawer, a Ninja blender/processor, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Keurig VUE coffeemaker. Brands include those elites such as Viking, Wolf, Jacuzzi, and SubZero, among others. There is also a separate ice maker and wine fridge in the wet bar, and a high-end front-loading HE washer and dryer in the private laundry. The balcony includes an outdoor kitchen with a top-of-the-line gas grill for cooking up your catch after a successful Deep Sea Fishing adventure! But if that’s not your cup of tea, just relax on the balcony (you’ve got your choice of an outdoor sofa, or the high-top table) and enjoy the incredible view of Perdido Pass. You might even catch some dolphins frolicking in the Gulf as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail!


Your Turquoise Place condo rental includes community access to:
*Two outdoor pools and an outdoor kiddie pool
*Two indoor pools with Gulf views
*Four indoor hot tubs
*Two fitness centers
*Two saunas AND steam rooms
*Lazy river
*Tennis courts
*Outdoor playground for the kiddos

Depending on our calendar, we can offer early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee.

Regrettably, our unit does not feature a hot tub. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for the situation, which is beyond our control. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

C Tower's pool is under construction until early 2024. All other pools are open and available for your use.

There is construction going on at the property next to our tower. You are able to hear it during the day.

Super impressed!

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and we were highly satisfied!! I cannot get over how SPACIOUS the unit is. The water slide in the outdoor pool was a major hit with our kids (except the littlest one who was unfortunately too short). Appliances were super nice—-refrigerator was huge (which is always a plus on vacations; we didn’t have to jam everything to fit it in a tiny space) The extra ice maker was SUPER helpful to fill ice chests for the beach. Beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about this condo and this specific unit—-we will be back!

Loved this condo!

We had a great time at this condo. The owner is great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The views off the balcony are gorgeous and we loved having our own personal grill that we didn’t need to share. We will definitely be back!

A relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time with our young kids, and we can’t wait to go back again. They are installing a new waterslide, and my kids are thrilled. They are removing some of the hot tubs from the balconies, but they still have a huge bathtub and spa.

First Timer!

I've been a property owner in OBA a couple of times so this was my first time at Turquoise Place. 25th floor. Great unit. Everything worked. Unit stays busy and has Everything from beach chairs to cleaning products already there. Only thing I bought extra was toilet paper and paper plates.

Great area

We enjoyed our stay! Ran into a couple of issues but owner immediately took are of it. Beach towels, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were provided which was a big plus in my book. Even a beach cart was provided. Unit was clean with exception of a few dusty areas and food debris under sofa cushions. Owner is not from area so I’m sure he depends on a cleaning service to make sure those things are taken care of. Other than that - we enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect in every way

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place, and we already can’t wait to go back. Location- perfect Amenities- perfect Cleanliness - perfect Accessibility - perfect Owner - perfect Unit - perfect We have absolutely zero complaints about this unit. Fully stocked kitchen Beach towels provided Beach toys provided Washer and dryer Comfortable beds CLEAN Appliances up to date Will definitely try to book this unit EVERY time we go in the future. I won’t be surprised if there ever is no availability. Literally the perfect condo.

Needs some much needed repairs and cleaning

Hood lights still don't work. Most of the skillets need to be thrown out and replaced with new non stick skillets. Still don't have a toaster. Mattress in master needs to be replaced. Others should be checked. Whoever is doing the cleaning is just doing the bare minimum basics. Especially around the stove. Since we are paying a heafty cleaning fee we should not have to clean around the stove before we use it. Otherwise, we really did enjoy ourselves as we usually do. Thank you!

Refrigerator loud beeping noise had to call the owner and they had to order parts which took a week although we were talked through how to stop beeping every time it restarted . Guest staying in above condo 2602C were extremely loud moving furniture around yelling and screaming for 3days and nights until 4:00-4:30 am had to call owner of condo I was staying in which called the owner of that condo and security had to be called . After above extremely disturbing loud noises of furniture moving and people screaming moved out it was a wonderful stay . I will stay again in 2502C because owner always gets back with me ASAP when I need something . I love that unit .

After vacationing all my life on the Emerald Coast, and coming close to buying a place several times in the past, we decided to buy at Turquoise Place.

We fell in love with Turquoise Place the first time we drove by it. Its sleek design, luxury amenities, and ideal location were second to none. The grill and hot tub on the patio, the afternoon on the lazy river, the saltwater indoor pools, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and huge state-of-the-art fitness centers just put it over the top for us. We love it and look forward to coming back every time!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

No other place on Orange Beach can offer the amenities that Turquoise Place offers. We love waking up and watching the sun rise from the balcony, taking long walks on the powdery white beach looking for shells, eating fresh baked oysters for dinner at the Cobalt, grilling our own fresh-caught fish on our private balcony, getting fresh Royal Reds from Blalock's, jumping the waves with the kids at the beach, and taking a relaxing dip in our private balcony hot tub before bed. We love it all.
