Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the fully stocked pond and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. The outdoor space is perfect for soaking in the serene surroundings, whether lounging at the firepit or grilling dinner under the stars.

The house features a beautiful combination of natural materials that blend seamlessly with its surroundings. The upper portion of the house is clad in warm, natural wood siding that gives it a cozy, log cabin-like appearance, perfect for its location. The wood siding features a rich, honey-toned finish with visible wood grain, adding rustic charm and warmth to the exterior.

Below the wood siding, the house is clad in stone that provides a solid, grounded look. The stonework includes a mix of earth tones ranging from light grays to deeper browns, creating a natural, textured contrast with the wood. The transition between the stone and wood is accented by sleek, standing-seam black metal awnings, which add a modern touch to the overall rustic aesthetic.

KITCHEN, DINING + LIVING ROOM
Inside, you are welcomed into a light, open space with a fully equipped dining table for six, a stocked kitchen with GE Profile stainless appliances, a gas range with air fryer, and a Keurig duo coffee pot (includes single-serve and traditional brew). The surrounding ceiling-height cabinetry is finished in a Flint Grey with leathered granite countertops.

The living room includes a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace with a FRAME smart TV over and comfortable bonded leather furniture. Built-ins showcase local arts and crafts.

A cozy, well-lit sitting area overlooks the pond and firepit, with two swivel chairs and a rattan lamp for reading. The room has beautiful hardwood floors, a large area rug, rattan and wood coffee and end tables, and light, neutral walls. The ceiling features a small architectural beam and a beaded Pottery Barn chandelier.

BEDROOMS + BATHS
There are two queen bedrooms - one on the main floor and one on the lower floor. The bedrooms feature 12-inch memory foam mattresses with cooling gel, Quince and Brooklinen sheets, down comforters with linen duvets, and abundant pillows (both down and cooling gel) to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathrooms are outfitted with Kohler's tall soaking tubs, tile surrounds, Moen fixtures, and bidets. Fluffy hotel-grade towels and shower furnishings from Anthropologie finish the space. Each bathroom contains Native bath products.

BUNKROOM (SLEEPS 4)
The Bunkroom features a cozy, multifunctional living and sleeping space with a built-in bunk bed set up as a focal point. The bunk bed structure is painted in Benjamin Moore's Dragon's Breath, with a lower queen bed and an upper twin XL bed, accessed by a sturdy black metal ladder. Both beds are made with soft, neutral bedding, adding a warm and inviting feel to the space. The lower bed has a bedside nook built into the bunk structure, complete with small lamps providing a convenient and cozy reading or relaxing area.

Across from the custom bunk beds, the room opens into a casual living area, centered around a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. A wooden dresser beneath the TV provides storage and space for the single-serve Keurig. The seating area features a smart TV and a rustic barrel-style side table that adds a touch of charm and texture to the space. The flooring is a warm, wood-toned laminate, creating a cohesive feel throughout the room.

DECK
The back deck is spacious and well-appointed, designed to maximize relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty. The rails are constructed using industrial-style cables, which provide both safety and an unobstructed view of the scenic outdoors. Beyond the deck, you can see the tranquil stocked pond, a gently flowing creek, and a picturesque mountainside, offering a stunning backdrop for any outdoor gathering.

The deck has a comfortable seating arrangement made of durable wicker furniture. The chairs and sofa are adorned with plush, weather-resistant cushions in neutral tones. A high-quality gas grill stands ready for grilling, conveniently positioned for easy access while entertaining guests. The grill has stainless steel components, complementing the industrial cable railings and adding a touch of modernity to the outdoor space.

PATIO
The lower level queen bedroom includes a private patio with wicker seating and table.

FIREPIT
The firepit is constructed of stone and is surrounded by a gravel base. Six Polywood Adirondack chairs are positioned to enjoy the view, which opens to a lush green lawn that leads down to the pond and creek.

HOT TUB
The Bullfrog Spa comfortably accommodates up to six adults with a mix of contoured seating and ergonomic loungers.
