Seagull Haven - Yarmouth - Cape Cod

Seagull Haven is a 3 BR / 1 BA, 864 sq ft. single level home and I hope it is the perfect place for you to enjoy yourself and unwind on the Cape! The space is bright and airy with lots of windows, an updated kitchen and living room, new hardwood floors, and freshly painted bedrooms. Enjoy the recently updated outdoor space complete with a quintessential Cape Cod outdoor shower, patio dining set & overside umbrella, a Weber gas grill, and a string lit backyard & fire pit area. (Summer 2026 - 7-night min. Sat to Sat).

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the beach side of Rte. 28, it is the perfect Cape Cod getaway location. The surrounding area has many wonderful routes for biking, hiking, and jogging. Take a short drive to one of the many family-friendly Nantucket sound beaches nearby. Our favorite and the closest is Seagull Beach (less than 1.5 miles away), one of the largest beaches in Yarmouth complete with a snack bar, bathhouse, and adequate parking. Travel a little farther to Parker's River Beach, with a children’s playground, snack-bar, bathhouse, gazebo for shade during the day, and community concerts at night. Weekly beach passes can be obtained through the Yarmouth Town website for $100/week (in season). The home is also a short drive to many area attractions, such as bike trails, mini golf, “Best of Cape” restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, Wicked Waves Cape Cod, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, and the Whydah Pirate Museum, to just name a few.

Renters will enjoy the open concept living room/kitchen area that is updated and fully apportioned. Sleep comfortably in three bedrooms complete with new furniture; mattresses, and bedding. The Captains & Queens Quarters bedrooms both have a queen-sized bed with a comfortable medium firm mattress. The First Mate’s Quarters have two twin beds, both with a medium firm mattress. The Living Room has new upholstered furniture (couch, love seat, and a lounger that converts to a twin bed) and is complete with a 55'' flat screen TV to stream your favorite services (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.). There is a large capacity stacked washer & dryer in the kitchen closet and linens/towels are provided.

Heating & A/C is provided through a brand-new energy efficient heat pump system (powered by solar panels on the roof) which makes relaxing & sleeping indoors comfortable. 500+ Mbps WIFI and a variety of charging outlets throughout the house make streaming and staying connected effortless. Ring security system (exterior areas only) is to monitor property during non-use and will be deactivated during rental periods. I hope you consider renting this coming season.
