The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. A $200 damage hold is required on a debit or credit card in the renter’s name. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property is equipped with a Ring peephole camera on the front door that records activity outside the entrance only. Starter supplies of soaps and paper products are provided; guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
