With three bedrooms, multiple sleeping areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to Edgewater's extensive resort amenities, Unit 1210 is an ideal home base for families and groups looking to experience everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

As of March 1, 2025, guests also receive complimentary access to the resort's tennis, pickleball, and fitness facilities.

🚗 PARKING

– Up to 2 parking passes are included.
– Upon arrival, use the left security lane and provide your name to receive your parking pass.
– A third parking pass may be purchased at Owner Services in the Golf Villas at 520 N. Richard Jackson Blvd.
– Additional vehicles may use public parking at 600 Henley Drive or 11209 Front Beach Road.
– Parking passes must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard at all times.

🔑 MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Edgewater Beach Resort Association rules require the responsible party to be 25 years of age or older, unless staying with a parent or guardian who is also occupying the condo throughout the rental period.

The responsible party must be available throughout the stay. Reservations obtained under false pretenses may result in forfeiture of payment and denial of check-in or removal from the property.
