★ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening.

★ FARM PROXIMITY: Please note that the home is located across the street from a working farm. This adds to the charm of the home, as you can see cows and other farm animals. It also means that sometimes, you might hear noise from the farm - which is very common in this area.


★ QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Quiet Hours are mandated by Sonoma County and breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.


★ SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more.


★ PARKING: There are 2 open parking spaces.


★ OUTDOOR FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
