*PARKING & COMMUNITY RULES:
Parking placards must be displayed in all vehicles at all times during your stay in Forest Lakes. These placards are located on the kitchen island upon arrival. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted to be parked at Bluegrass Beachin' at any time. This includes Low Speed Vehicles (LSV) aka golf carts. Parking is limited to the driveway space only. Any other vehicles must be parked outside of the Forest Lakes Community. Community rules are also provided on a laminated sheet on the kitchen island—please review and follow them throughout your stay to ensure compliance with association guidelines.

STARTER AMENITY PACKAGE:
Our guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, 2 laundry pods, and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours

AIRPORT INFORMATION:
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 55 minutes from the house.
Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the house.
When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
