Great location & private heated pool. Great winter getaway!

Nestled in a very nice area in Fort Myers is this 3-bedroom retreat. We offer a clean, comfortable house with a private pool & close to everything. We are located only a few blocks away from Florida Southwestern College. (FSW), A perfect location for parents visiting students or for a college visit. Our home is also an excellent location for those watching or participating in baseball games. We are also only about 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. We are close to downtown Ft. Myers and popular shopping areas, such as Belle Towers. We are just across the bridge from Cape Coral. The historic Edison home is just a few minutes away, as well. Our location is not only central to most everything, but we have a beautiful and safe neighborhood where you can walk, ride your bike, or go a few blocks away to our golf course. Whether you are staying here on vacation, for work, or for another event, this location is perfect for everyone and everything.
We have 2 king bedrooms, and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk bed on top of it. Everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy the fabulous living room with a cozy sofa bed for extra relaxation. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, a shower, and one bathtub. Enjoy our heated pool out in our large lanai. We have lounge chairs and towels for you to enjoy our outdoor area. Out by the pool, we also have a table and chairs for eating or drinking outside, along with a flat-screen outdoor smart TV.
We also have some beach chairs and towels you can take to the beach.
