The property was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We loved the central location on the island. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and an 8 month old and had ample space for everyone to be comfortable. We weren't ready to leave at the end of our week and would highly recommend Cloud Nine!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Extremely well kept the beach and pool were perfect. Location was great for relaxing with children or without.

Incredible location and breathtaking property. Couldn't ask for a nicer view of the ocean in virtually every room of the property. The property had everything we needed to make it truly an enjoyable stay. The host was wonderful too.

I would highly recommend this place! The owners were wonderful and the lady that runs the house and cleans the house is amazing! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was as described. Beautiful house and incredible location minutes from airport, liquor, and grocery stores. Only enjoyed the beach one day as it was windy the rest of the time. Pool was great. Highly recommend.

The best view everrrrrrr. My new favorite spot is out in the pergola by the beach. If you want privacy and quiet, this is the place to go. I took daily 2-3 mile walks both directions on the beach and the most people i passed on the walk was 2. House was decorated with hundreds of underwater treasures. Lots of water sports items under the house. Inflatables, beach toys, kayaks and paddle boards. There was a 15 mph nonstop breeze coming in from the water. We had a few minor issues when we arrived l, but they were quickly resolved. The home is five minutes from the airport, but we never heard one plane. Dining is tough on the island, so i would advise checking a bag completely filled with food. Home is equipped with lots of kitchen items for cooking. Sadly, we were not prepared for that. Next time.

Great Beach Front Home with Pool!

We loved our stay at Cloud 9 ! The location is amazing and the pool and beach were perfect. There is no longer an outdoor grill which but the kitchen has ample supplies to cook. Beds are comfortable and great entertainment options for the kids !

Gorgeous view!

The house is situated on a beautiful stretch of almost deserted beach. The views from the deck and the gazebo are fantastic and we really enjoyed the sea kayaks and beach toys. The house has been nicely renovated and beds were comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

House was well equipped and pool was bigger than anticipated. The beach is back if worried and house is very hidden from the street. Pictures were very accurate and comfortable beds. Easy in and out procedures.

The most beautiful view!

House was just perfect for 8 adults. Communication with owners was easy. Property was close to airport, beautiful beaches and restaurants. The view from bedrooms, living room deck were amazing. You will love your stay.

Beautiful property!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and we had the best time! The location is perfect, secluded enough to have privacy on the beach but close enough to town. We had a minor problem with the AC during our stay but the property manager did all they could to remedy it as quickly as possible. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to be back!

CLOUD NINE. EXUMA

Great property. Good location. Nicely furnished. Very clean. only downfall is that the sand beach in front of property has been washed away. No beach access.

We were so sorry that a bad storm from the north washed our beach away. This has never happened before but we are happy to say that the beach is back!

View was great - exterior of home was nice. The interior of the home needs some renovations (kitchen sink, bedroom door panel, mold in master shower, dirty kitchen cabinets) We were unable to use the pool as it was producing an electric shock - that is a major safety issue!! The property manager did not reply for over 72 hours after multiple requests to have the pool issue fixed. Very disappointing stay for a family of 6.

As soon as we heard of this problem the issue was fixed. For any future guest please contact our housekeeper/manager if for some reason I am unavailable. The pool is in perfect working order The guest was given a refund.

Wonderful location

We just spent 8 nights at at this great property. It is just minutes from the airport and is located directly on the beach. The sand was back so it was nice to be able to enjoy the water just steps from the back door. There were plenty of chairs, kayaks and paddle boards to use which was a great addition. We had 8 people in the house and we never felt crowded. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Cloud nine

Cloud Nine was a perfect house for our family of 7 (6 adults and 1 toddler). 2 of us have been to the island many of times, so we knew this location was ideal. We spent most of our days around the island, but coming home to sit on the nice beach out front was a treat. We spent the mornings on the deck watching the sun rise and the evenings watching the stars. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you Jane for a nice week in paradise!

This place is just as pictured BEAUTIFUL. We have a wondwrful place. If i had to pick 1 thing i didnt like it had to be the water pressure for the shower. Other than that perfection 👌 in everything else.

Simply Stunning!

This was our second stay with Cloud Nine and it did not disappoint. The weather was breezy and warm with only a couple of days of heavy rain. I saw the reviews of "no beach", well, the beach is back! My wife ran and walked all the way to the point every day, mostly at low tide. Of course, sitting in the Gazebo at the end of a day with appetizers and beverages is an absolute joy. All in all, we completely enjoyed our stay!
