Centrally Located so you can dine, shop, and explore both ends of the island easily. There is Tim’s on the Bay bar oceanside restaurant at the opposite end of the our two mile beach. Liquor store and gas station 5 minutes away, restaurants 10 minutes, groceries 15 minutes. I will give you lots of information on how to PLAN a great vacation, from restaurants, where to explore and who to book for fantastic excursions!
From your house, enjoy the sunrise and Ocean view and easterly breezes. 2 MILES of silky WHITE SAND BEACH and the prettiest TURQUOISE WATER you will ever see. A mile out you have your own "PRIVATE ISLAND" to explore!!!
The Oceanside Tree House Deck set between 4 palm trees is a fantastic place to find sun and shade.. AND what a view from there! Your house has an unobstructed view of the ocean and is just steps away from the Treehouse deck and the stairs down to the beach protecting the sand dunes.
Enjoy your PRIVATE POOL for your morning dip or evening cocktails. A GARDEN OASIS curated with flowers and over 65 coconut palm trees will surround you bringing bird song and the sound of palm fronds rustling in the breeze.
Play a game of PICKLE BALL on the new court! Fun if you play by rules or just hit a ball back and forth!
CLEAN ENERGY: stored in the Airplane Hangar (our giant garage!)we have an 18KW Solar Power and Tesla Power Wall back up system means you not only will be able to enjoy a guilt free carbon neutral vacation, you also won’t be affected by the (often) blackouts that happen on Exuma. At Dillycrab the lights stay on, your beer stays cold and your ice never melts!!! We are the first rental guest House on the island that is committed to Carbon Neutral! The extra energy we make goes back into the GRID! We also have STARLINK WIFI so if you really have to answer an email while on vacation.. no worries!

HOUSE: Our house is loaded with everything you would need for fun and family time. Your 4 Bed, 3 Bathroom Beach House and Poolside 1,200 sq. ft Games room with Big Screen TV, POOL TABLE and TABLE TENNIS TABLE has everything you would want for a fabulous vacation!
Principal bedroom has a KING , large ensuite bathroom. From your bed the view through the sliding glass doors is a vista of turquoise Ocean and Palms! This opens onto a broad veranda with seating for 9 and a hammock for daytime naps. Second bedroom has Queen Canopy bed, and sliding glass doors with a gorgeous Ocean view and access to veranda .. ( My favourite room)! Third bedroom has a Queen, an XLTwin and extra washbasin. 4TH Bedroom is on the first floor=sleeps 4) Queen +Double+ single bunk.
Baby sleep pen and high chair can be arranged.
Fully equipped granite top kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, large dining table seats 9, living room with large 42”SMART TV overlooks pool and ocean.
Air-conditioned GAMES ROOM includes POOL TABLE, TABLE TENNIS, darts, exercise equipment, another 50" flat-screen SMART TV, Board Games, Beach and pool toys/floaties, kids sand toys.
In addition, enjoy the 2 single KAYAKS, 2 Tandem KAYAKS (seats 2adult+ one child) and body boards ..Beach Chairs, coolers..also new BBQ area with swing up BAR!

LOCATION: we are in the perfect central location on a quiet unpopulated spectacular beach! To the right a 15 min drive to a great bakery, Frankie's and EVA’S ..Grand Isle or North 23 for fine dining, CocoPlum Restaurant for yummy food.. or walk to the end of the beach to Tim’s beach Bar and Restaurant. Drive 5 min to the gas station and liquor store, 15 min. to Prime Island Groceries and 20 min. George Town, and the Fish Frye(7 shacks) for great local cheap food (lobster, BBQ).

Activities: Exuma offers incredible bone-fishing and deep-sea fishing. If fishing is not your thing RENT A BOAT and seek your own adventure, snorkelling, sandbars, turtles.. (No license required)
..OR have OUT ISLAND EXPLORERS show you around the Exuma Waters. Kayak mangroves, scuba dive, do a tour of the Exuma Cays (see the famous swimming pigs). Check out a full day or half day excursion up the Cays to see swimming pigs and my favourite, swim with the sharks! Do the 7 Beach boat Tour with Exuma Water Sports! Take a water taxi ride to Stocking Island and hang out at Chat 'n Chill or Coconut Club, pet stingrays, grab a beer, and eat a delicious barbecue. Check out the straw market, stores and local bars. Enjoy dancing and and great food Wednesday nights at EYC, dance to live music with the Rake and Scrape band on Mondays at Eddy Edgewater, Karaoke or check what’s on at Blu on the Water or Peace and Plenty on Thursdays…
If you want privacy and relaxation, relax by the pool or walk and swim the gorgeous beach or hang out in the hammock with a good book that you wanted to read. Barbecue poolside and enjoy a tropical drink while the sun goes down.
Hire an IN HOUSE CHEF..and have a Massage at the House, relax like the Rich and Famous. ..AND for those early birds, long beach walks in silky sand, or relax on the veranda with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunrise.
