Beautiful Apartment, Wonderful Marais Location

If you enjoy art, music and literature you will appreciate our 65 sq meter (700 sq feet) apartment designed by a talented French architect. Beautifully furnished, with books, CD's and DVD's, it’s a home away from home. On the fourth floor with an elevator, it has an independent entrance in our duplex, providing complete privacy along with the advantage of having us near for any information you might need.

Marvelously situated between the Bastille and the Place de la République and just around the corner from the historical Cirque d’Hiver, the apartment is on the edge of the fashionable Haut Marais area with its art galleries, exclusive clothing stores, specialty food shops, and the colorful covered market Les Enfants Rouges. You can walk to the Picasso Museum and the Place de Vosges within fifteen minutes, and many of Paris’s famous attractions such as the Louvre or Notre Dame are at a convenient distance whether you're on foot or using public transportation. Three metro and 3 bus lines are near the apartment, making it incredibly convenient for visiting Paris. Major train stations are easily reached from here as well.

The apartment consists of an open kitchen/living area, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a library-study in which the sofa can open to a comfortable full bed, and a bathroom with shower. There’s everything necessary for a perfect stay in Paris: a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cook-top, microwave, oven, and refrigerator, a large flat-screen television and DVD player, a radio-CD player with an excellent sound system, wireless internet, and a washer-dryer. Detergent, paper products and staples such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and sugar are provided so you aren’t obliged to do a major shopping just to settle in.

Rental fee includes linens and towels, and cleaning at the end of your stay.
