Summary:
Here are 5 elegant townhouses nestled in the quiet northwest quadrant of historic Springfield. These 2-story units have the living spaces, kitchens and half baths on the first floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Each unit sleeps 6 with the king, queen and air mattress.
The Space:
In each unit the primary bedroom provides an open space with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The secondary bedroom provides a cozy space with a queen bed and smart TV. The laundry is located in the hallways upstairs. Both bedrooms have ample closet space with shelving and hangers.
We provide a full-sized air mattress with extra linens for additional guests.
This townhouse is a 6 minute drive to TIAA stadium/Downtown Jax, and also the perfect location for UF Health Proton Therapy patients in particular since it is less than a half mile to the east (<10 min walk) from UF Health.
These units boast polished concrete floors and a recent top to bottom renovation. It is the perfect home-away-from-home and makes a perfect spot for long-termers.
The Neighborhood:
Springfield is amazing! It is a diverse, vibrant, up and coming neighborhood located just north of Jacksonville's downtown. You'll initially fall in love with the gorgeous late 19th/early 20th century houses but you'll want to stay for the amazing people. Join a First Friday party, check out the weekly Main Street cruise, downtown's Art Walk, Porchfest if you're in town in the fall, or one of the yearly home tours.

String Sports Brewery is directly across the street from you. Their food is AMAZING and they brew their own beer on site. This is a gem/pride of the neighborhood and I'm sure you will love its mouth-watering dishes just as much as we do!!!
Crispy’s is a half block away and famous for delicious pizza and great pub food in general
Wafaa and Mike’s Cafe is 2-3 blocks to the south and known for delicious Mediterranean food
Uptown Kitchen and Bar is ~5 blocks to the south and perfect for delicious breakfast lunch and dinner - one of the most popular traditional
1748 Bakehouse, located at the corner of 8th and Main, is a charming little bodega that bakes everything from scratch. Whether you're in the mood for a sweet treat or craving a full meal, they’ve got you covered with a delightful selection of freshly made options. It’s the perfect spot to satisfy any appetite, big or small!
Sweet Pete’s (as featured on "The Profit") is about 3/4 mile to the southwest for delectable brunch and sinfully delicious sweets; Pete also happens to be a historic Springfield resident so you may very well see him and his family walking their dog around the neighborhood

Drinks
String Sports Brewery - craft brewery directly across the street from you
Hyperion - craft brewery that is 1/2 block away

Uptown Kitchen and Bar - fully stocked bar with TVs that are usually playing sports games that is a few blocks away on Main St

Check-In & Identity Verification Policy
All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:
-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity
-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement
This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.
If you would like to review the rental agreement before booking, please feel free to contact us.
In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.
Guest Count & Occupancy Policy
Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:
-Studios & 1 bedroom units: $20 per guest, per night after 2 guests
-2 & 3 bedroom units: $35 per guest, per night after 4 or 6 guests, respectively
-4 & 5+ bedroom units: $50 per guest, per night after 8 or 10 guests, respectively
Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly property. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs or cats may have stayed in the space previously.
Pet fees:
-$30 per night, per pet
-$150 per week, per pet
-$300 per month, per pet
Pet fees are not included in the accommodation rate and will be requested after booking once the number of pets is confirmed.
Local Reservation Policy
Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy
Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. If approved, the following fees apply:
-Up to 1 hour: $25
-1–2 hours: $50
-2–3 hours: $75
-3+ hours: $100 or the cost of an additional night (whichever is greater)
Please do not assume availability without confirmation.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.
Special Request Policy
Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. Requests made closer to arrival will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.
