Exceptional Ski Location

Location is one of this condo's biggest advantages. The Apex Lift is approximately 60 yards away, making it easy to get on the mountain in the morning or return to the condo during the ski day without driving or taking a shuttle.

Even better, the ski rental shop is located right in the Powderhorn Lodge building. Restaurants, shops, and other Solitude Village amenities are also close by.

Sleeps Up to 8 — Ideal for Families & Groups

The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests.

The master bedroom is complemented by a second, lockout bedroom. This layout provides useful separation for families, couples, or groups traveling together while still functioning as one vacation home.

Guests receive a key for the condo's main entrance. The lockout bedroom also has an exterior door as part of the original lockout configuration, but it is not provided as a separately keyed guest entrance.

Summer Comfort & A/C

For summer stays, the condo has two 10,000-BTU portable A/C units—one in the living room and one in the lockout bedroom. The master bedroom is cooled from the main living area rather than by a dedicated A/C unit.

Like many mountain properties, the condo can warm up during sunny summer afternoons. For best comfort, guests typically use the A/C together with Solitude's cooler mountain air, opening the windows and balcony door when conditions permit. Temperatures generally drop considerably in the evening, helping the condo cool comfortably for the night.

Please note that the condo uses portable A/C rather than central air. Guests who require consistently low, centrally air-conditioned temperatures throughout the condo should take this into consideration when booking.
